Only beating Shakey et al in the last 3 rounds or so .. i'm not convinced with him but as ever , i'd love to be proven wrong. If Leon stay's in BSB next season and with the same team set up then he must do the business then for sure.

featherz - how about Shakey , Sykes , Crutchlow .... all want it bad , my issue with Leon is he's had a lot of great rides in BSB , top rides and not won it. He's obviously talented , but is he more talented or deserving than the above 3?

190MPH .. sorry for delay in replying to your point. I agree in what you say , however Misano was the race before Indy and he scrapped with Capirossi and beat him to 6th , remember also , since Barcelona the michelin runners have all suffered so many problems , when you are a regular it is hard enough but being a rookie must be harder. If this time next year he is still struggling ( i hope not and don't think he will do ) then us armchair critics can criticise.....

I don't think Rob Mac is being kicked into touch , i believe Yamaha will offer him limited suport like this year. He has just had such bad luck with Harris , if it weren't for bad luck he'd have no luck at all that fella.

Jeez , hang on a minute , it was only two weeks ago @ Misano that Toseland outfoxed Capirossi on the last lap to take 6th , just behind Vermuelen. Just because he had a bad race @ Indy doesn't mean he is under performing, a lot of people had a bad race there too and to be fair the weather was appaling , same for everyone i know but you only need to be out a small amount with the settings and you are done for at that level!!! Get off his back for ****s sake , i'm a Brit and proud of him , next season i'm sure he'll step up a gear and be consistantly near the front.
