MotoGP » Lorenzo: I completely lost vision

A little crazy on here... Big Rossi fan here but I believe Lorenzo...no reason to lie....the fact is left on the track!!! He is simply explaining his disposition during the race....his visor fogged up...ok...so what is the problem with him telling us this....as a race fan...I want to know things like this because it shows me his true potential and I can make a more realistic assessment of his potential to beat his rival... And get to the title... Listen to some other non winning rider and hear what excuses sound like...championship contenders and former champs state reason...I might not be Lorenzo's biggest fan but I have never known him to be a liar!!!!!! With that said... Nice win for Rossi...roll on Misano...hope he wins again!!!

MotoGP » Scott Redding signs for Pramac Ducati

Personally, I am a little pissed at what Redding said about Yonny and Petrucci....and I have always supported Redding even though he put his foot in his mouth talking about how much better than Bautista he would be on the factory Honda. To make it worse he is doing the same thing again!!! Talking smack about a teammate and he has not even ridden the dam bike yet!!! Just as he had no idea what the Honda would be like...he has no idea what the Ducati will be like and he is talking about how much better he is than the current Pramac riders. What he rode in 2012 is not the same machine at all...I am not wishing bad on him but he apparently needs another humble pie to keep his mouth occupied while he focuses on the actual job of riding instead of lip service...anyway good luck to him but I think I am pulling more for Petrucci to outshine him now...

MotoGP » Petrucci beats stars in 18th to 2nd charge

Realist:
FLtrooper: Next year Redding better back his words up by stating he is better then Petrucci.
Pre-season testing will give us a better idea about how Redding might do on the Ducati. It might work for him, and it might not. I can't wait for testing following the Valencia finale.
I like Redding but he talks too much ****e....he is already at odds with his statements about Bautista and what does he do? Same crap about Petrucci and he has not even ridden the bike...which is completely different than what he tested in 2012. Hope he does ok...but also, I hope Petrucci staples his mouth shut...life lesson

MotoGP » Redding delighted with second best qualifying of 2015

Seems he is decided on the Pramac ride... he has been bashing the Honda and he basically said this weekend is not a deciding factor in his decision "because you could give him anything and he would still do well" which is not a compliment to the Honda or any hint of it's improvement... The real problem he is faced with is that after 12 races there has not been any sign of progress. When he thinks they made a little head way, they have the worst weekend. I think the Honda is not for Scott but it may well be that he is not good enough at this level. However, unlike others I think his rookie year was good and he did not lose talent..so there are other factors. With that said, I am ok with him getting another chance and Pramac, possibly Ducati feels the same way...with that said he needs to shut his mouth regarding his perception of his superior abilities over Petrucci and Hernandez because it is not showing right now

MotoGP » Rossi 'satisfied' but wary of Pedrosa

If Rossi does win a 10th title.. I want one that is unquestioned...not that Rossi has to prove anything but we all know how fans are... so I am hoping for a dry race and Rossi to damage limitation with a third and hoping for a MM win. Not because I have no faith in Rossi's ability...far from it!! but just being realistic and Rossi has stated just as much. He does not seem to have the pace right now to challenge the front 2...neither does Dani...but the difference between Dani and VR is battle worthy. As a VR fan.. I want him to find the solution in warm up and put the whole stadium on its head with a win but that is more wishful thinking at this track than realistic prospects... Rossi has strong tracks coming up and he does not have to win the most races to take the title!! Rain could upset the leaders but it could also throw Rossi a huge curve as well and he could come out on the bad end of it... So Go Rossi, Go JL and Go MM....

A tenth title of rossi shouldnt be questioned after all he has done it nine times already. A title from mm, jlo, much more of casey stoner is mostly questionable though. Especially casey stoners.
No question on my part... but dang if the haters will not come on here and say that Rossi only won because of rain not a true win (if it rains and he wins)...that is why I want a dry race... I do not think any title is questionable...if they got the most points then that is it period...unless dirty race tactics were persistently used.

MotoGP » Cal Crutchlow stays at LCR

FLtrooper: Sad news! Yesterday it was Smith and now this.... But at least cal was a WSS champion! :(
I know you are trying to stir it up but if you are serious with your comment... I suggest that you are not as smart as you think you sound!!!! certainly Lucio C and Herve know a hell of a lot more about riders, riders potential and motorcycles/MotoGP than you. As a fan, I saw these signings as imminent and cannot say I disagree but like most I want to see Zarco and Lowes (maybe Rabat) step up but cannot see them doing more than these 2 current brits...at least for 2 years more...Pol is a good example...he did good in his first year...some expected more but look at this year...with the new transitions next year these were smart intelligent signings..

MotoGP » Michelin rear ‘like a qualifying tyre’

SendingOutOfSpace:
Joeski:
SendingOutOfSpace: A qualifying tyre......
I agree but the problem for Lorenzo will be the front... the Bridgestones are understandably superior right now but JL relies on that for his superior corner speed...JL seems less adaptable and this change could upset him. When all is well, JL is the fastest but if not he struggles more than others I think... They seem to all like the Michelin rear...the issue is the front tyre..
i dont think so. he adapted to the bridgestones quit fast also. i think
Not saying he will have an issue switching to Michelins.... Just to the less superior front tyre that Michelin currently has....look at 2014 what happened when BStones changed their tyre...it took JL half season to get comfortable.

WSBK » ten Kate admits Guintoli will look around for 2016

SendingOutOfSpace: Please not Melandri!!! he can ride for sure.....but he cant handle pressure. he could have won the title on the BMW but cracked under pressure.
I like Melandri but must admit that he is a fickle character... I am not saying he should get the Yamaha seat but should he land the Yamaha ride, I think Yamaha would be happy with him in the first year as I doubt they believe they will win the title in the first year (although they might hope) but with Melandri... they could well feature many race wins at least or at least frequent top 5 and multiple podiums...so I do not see Melandri as a bad initial choice but if he cannot deliver the following year (in terms of a serious title challenge, win or lose) he should be dropped in favor of someone more capable...
