F1 » Driver aid restrictions will be overcome ‘in six months’

rob01:
richard: sunny. you can bet your bottom dollar that some, if not all teams will have found ways of circumventing any rule in relation to electronics. did you see that merc may have built in an antidive to their front suspension activated by brake pedal pressure? legal or not?
I though you loved that type of creativity from the teams? Or at least you used to. :)
i am not making any judgment, but i was wondering what you thoughts were about it. after all, the lotus system was deemed illegal.

F1 » Arrivabene unconcerned by lacklustre Ferrari pace in Spa

csmith: They need to change many folks in kimis side of garage starting with his race engineer first. Kimis current race engineer isnt upto ferrari standards Else one car will break down in practice or qual or race every other wk.
i am gobsmacked at most of your comments. and how do you know that kimis race engineer is not up to standard? i would imagine that ferrari know better

F1 » Red Bull waiting on Renault for answers

csmith: If renault buy lotus and supply engines to force india thereby giving off redbull to mercedes it will be an even deal. Considering that lotus is anyways gonna close shop soon and doesnt have 30 million to pay mercedes each year. It takes only peanut size brains to figure it out. For the super smart folks who question others comments there is always bernie's seat waiting for you.
you dont really keep up do you? there is no true indication that renault will buy lotus. their engine facility is nearly bust! they wont buy a team already using their engines with more success, (str) so why go for lotus? and then there is the fact that they are seeking to buy into force india. now that is a move that would make more sense! and why buy one team and then into another?

F1 » Pirelli: F1 ignored our request to limit laps

janhein: i think vettel was rougher on his tyres than pirelli had anticipated with their 40 lap prediction. that simple.
and what makes you come to the conclusion that vettel was harder on the tyres than anyone else. in fact, he is one of the easiest on his tyres. look at how he stretched out his use of the option tyre, far further than anyone else. i think that you misunderstand modern tyre technology. the " life " of a tyre is not about when it will explode, but is about the effectiveness of the compound. as for a bias. what are you talking about? we are discussing tyres, and as far as i know there is only one supplier, so how can i be biased? mind you, the tyres might have a bias :D
