F1 » Manufacturers to collaborate as alternative engine rejected

Hep: Four Expressions of Interest? I have only read about Ilmor, AER and Mecachrome.
cosworth ! but this is mad! we have four engines at that is way ahead, one that is catching up, one that has had no development and one that can be used for mooring boats. now when it is a suggested that a cheaper alternative could be on the cards, the engine mfrs, having denied their units to non manufacturers, they band together to prevent it! fia should just bring in the unit and ignore the bleatings of the mfrs.

F1 » Driver spats expected with equal status – Wolff

MrRandom: I'll agree that rosberg was effectively neutered by MB after spa. but to say hamilton was always out qualified by rosberg yes it was 7 to 4 to rosberg but baring in mind hamilton had issues at germany and hungary and monaco...
oh come on! nico also had problems on some of the times that lulu outqualified him. you cannot make excuses for one without considering the other.

F1 » Lotus asks F1 to 'review its business model'

richard: it is reported that three british companies have submitted tenders for a new 2.5l engine for f1. these are ilmor, cosworth and AVE.
Cosworth did not and won't. If the engines make it on the grid in 2017 I expect it to be Ilmor.
amus (the most respected source) say that cossie is one of the tenderers. but pitpass say they arent. so it is obviously up in the air at present.
