F1 » F1: Rosberg tension has gone – Hamilton

WYNK: Exactly the point. In the same spa situation most drivers would have wanted to park it
winkie. yes, lulu wanted to park it! he did not need to "save " an engine, and had there been a sc period, he could well have gotten into the points! he was not thinking ahead! a race is not over until it is over. if everybody who was out of the points wanted to park their car to "save" an engine, there would be very few finishers. and look how jules was able to get points! by being there at the end.

hunter. of course a drivers face will be different between when he gets pole and when he is second. and as nico got more poles than lulu, then ergo, lulu has had a scowl on more than nico. but to say that nicos smile was fake if he was beaten, at least he made a pretence (if that is what you call it) of smiling. when lulu is beaten, he goes away in an almighty sulk. which would i prefer? nicos smile every time!

F1 » F1: Rosberg tension has gone – Hamilton

hunterman: As for Nico, he is also emotional but tries to hide it, how many times have we seen Nico lose to Lewis and try to offer an excuse to why he lost and always with a fake smile.
first of all you praise lulu for being emotional, then the next you criticise nico for being emotional. and you state that nico makes an excuse and puts on a fake smile? how do you know that it is a fake smile? and how many times have we seen lulu make excuses for not doing better? either praise both or criticise both...you should not show a bias

F1 » Wolff promoted to Williams F1 test driver

35edme: Richard. the impression given that Ms Wolff's qualifications were solely due to her husband must be looked at honestly,
ok. can you honestly give me any result in any other series that would see susie rated more deserving of any drive in an f1 car. now tell me that she is any better than winners of gp2, wsr 3.5, f3 etc etc? if it was not for toto, she would not be even associated with the williams team, or any other f1 team. the late maria EARNED her drive in the marussia. susie has not EARNED her drive in the williams.

F1 » F1: Rosberg vows to be 'on the offensive'

SIMONE: You lot are beyond belief if it wasn't Hamilton winning you would not care. Lewis did the best job with the car he was given the same as Vettel did in the previous 4 years. The fastest cars always have the fastest Drivers because the teams want to make sure they win. Back on subject I hope Nico learns to race a bit harder next year to make his team mates life more difficult. Richard get over this crap about Lewis being over aggressive thats the difference between winners and losers. Nice guys come last in racing.
well, if nico had won instead of lulu, my opinion of the way merc have done things would be the same! and as for your last comment...that is very insulting to many drivers who have won and have also been "nice"!

F1 » F1: Rosberg vows to be 'on the offensive'

Corkey:What about the previous 3 years where Vettel and the Red Bull zoomed off in to the distance then? You honestly think Red Bull or any other team would act any differently? Don't forget RB have repeatedly been found with illegal parts on their car, hardly playing fair for all is it?
rbr bent rules, ok, just as merc have now. that does not mean their parts were illegal. in fact, until their latest front wing problem (also used by williams, i might add), none of their parts were found to be illegal. however, due to their take on aero coupled with a driver who was at one with the car, it was the able to win the wdc, even with less power and against a faster car. and the teams / fia did everything to slow them down. it is totally different to what merc have done, and are doing.

F1 » F1: Rosberg vows to be 'on the offensive'

hunterman. do you actually know what the difference and the problem is? it has all to do with the ice engine layout! the block of the merc is designed to allow a shaft from the turbo at the back, to transfer to the compressor at the front which is in cooler air. yes, ferrari and renault could manage this, in fact i think that ferrari already partially manage this, but they have to pass the shaft over the top of the engine, making it less efficient and creating a higher c of g. making new engine blocks is not allowed under the current rules of allowable mods. so merc will maintain their advantage. renault and ferrari have asked to be allowed to make major mods, but merc are saying NEIN ! merc are just plain scared to have some actual competition. but i have heard a rumour that daimler are not too happy with the team stance, so we may yet see a climb down.
