F1 » Vettel flounders after front-wing damage

FatAlfie: He was comprehensively out-driven. Kimi showed the full potential of the car.
sometimes i wonder about the standard of posters here. seems that you were unaware that strategy was an important part of kimis result. vettel was ahead until it all went wrong. and then there was an ers problem with vettels car, leaving him down on bhp . whether or not this was what caused his off, hasnt been explained yet. but to make an idiotic comment that vettel was "comprehensivelly out driven" by kimi, is just downright ridiculous

F1 » Bahrain Grand Prix - Race results

louispermaanello: Wow he might pass Vettel's Gp wins driving only one season in a dominant car compared to Vettls loads.
maths not your good subject? vettel came into f1 a year later than lulu, and was not in a competitive car until 2 years later. yet lulu still has not even equalled vettels 4 year score, despite being in the top car for a lot longer. really he has taken 4 years more than seb, and still hasnt caught him. vettel...4 years to amass his total lulu......so far 8 years got it?

F1 » Bahrain Grand Prix - Race results

MrJones85: ...and the same can be said of Vettel when he was in the best car at RB. Another Hamilton detractor who can't give credit when it's due. It's like pulling teeth with you guys. lol
there is a big difference. lulu is in a car that is faster than any of the others. witnessed by nico being usually second. vettel only had a car that was the actual fastest in one of his years. very rarely was webber ever able to show that the car was the fastest. in fact, on at least two of the years, the macca was the fastest but lulu failed to capitalise on it. its not a matter of detracting, but just being factual. of course there will be the usual fanboys who try to find excuses for lulu, but the simple fact is that until ferrari get their extra 25 bhp (expected soon) then the mercs have no real competition.

F1 » Hamilton pulls clear with dominant Bahrain win

George Zaidan: my son was watching the race with me (first one), he said they have the points no need for Rosberg to attack after radio brake nonsense.
interesting that at one stage, nico was told to conserve fuel, yet his readout was identical to lulus. but one thing against nico today, he may have become agressive, but his first overtake of vettel was terribly agressive, when he swerved sharply to the left. luckily seb responded and avoided contact

MrJones85: Richard can you tell your buddies on here I don't know who the hell this RGT character is? This is really annoying!
sorry, i have no say in what others think. but personally, i do not think that you are the famous troll...rgt. at least you are not such an unadulterated fanboy of lulu, and you are not flooding us with persistent trolling. but i do think that he is still lurking here....

F1 » Ecclestone: 1000bhp V6 must be affordable

theeagle: 1000bhp, now that'll be the day! Would be great for F1 not least we might see spectacular blow up's in the beginning with engines that will barely last one race, let along 5 or 6 races.
no problem for the engines! similar engines in the past had no problem with 1200-1400 bhp. and if you factor in the 160 bhp of electrical oomph, then to get 1000 bhp, the actual engine only needs to produce 840 bhp. well within their capability. they could do so now except for the fuelflow regs.
