F1 » Caterham F1 confirms change of ownership

kiwi. ridiculous comment about haas. he hasnt owned an f1 team, and has not had the slightest experience of it. and i reckon that there are many here who have a better idea of what is needed than he has. incidentally , even bernie (who has owned an f1 team) said that haas would have been better buyin an existing team. but then, i suppose bernie knows nothing either? taz. red bull made their money without f1. it is only didis love of the sport that has seen them entering f1, and shaking up the establishment. if they pulled out today, it wouldnt affect their sales or their profits.

F1 » Caterham F1 confirms change of ownership

superdowg. well they are , sort of! kolles was heading the consortium called corsa rosa, who were the second proposed newcomer accepted by bernie. so that particular entry will now be withdrawn. kolles my rename caterham team to that of his own consortium. i am not a fan of kolles who has made a muck of things in the past, so i have no idea if he will be able to make a go of this or not. haas should have done this rather than try to establish a new team.

F1 » Horner praises ‘remarkably mature’ Vettel

mike. i must admit that i would be embarrassed if i thought that quali was actually a race. and i would be embarrassed if i was not able to qualify better in a troublefree car, over a car without ers, or with gearbox problems. i would also be embarrassed if i allowed nationalistic jingoism to blind me as to a drivers ability. that is why i will never have a red face!

F1 » Horner praises ‘remarkably mature’ Vettel

here we go again! all we need now is the usual comment from rob! no driver expects to be at the top continuously, and vettel is fully aware that rbr are fighting back. yes, this year is a bad year for the bulls due to the pu problems, and vettel has had most of them. seb wont opt out of rbr because of a poor year, in fact he has just re-signed for a multi year deal. and as for the comment that he is being embarrassed by dr? well, he may feel a little embarrassed about the number of failures that he is having, but is not as yet being "embarrassed" by dr in a race situation. webber wasnt "embarrassed" at being beaten by vettel, even when he was obviously the slower.
