I think that the fact that these quotes came from 'The Sun' newspaper(?) says it all really. Who believes anything they read in there?

(Sorry you lot obviously do)

Surprise Surprise!! Knew Donnington wouldn't work for 2010... Just hope that BRDC tell Bernie where to stick his fees for the GP and charge him for the privelege. Seriously though, Bernie KNEW it wouldn't work. Donnie will be in breach of contract, Bernie will sue and get paid for that, then he'll charge Silverstone an exorbitant amount to run the 2010 GP and when they refuse to pay Bernie will blame the downfall of the British race on them..... Bernie wins all round. A stroke of genius..... Bernie comes out with the cash AND the end of British GP. Love him or hate him you have to admire THAT piece of clever footwork

@Yirmin Snipe - IF Flav was so innocent and IF it was Nelsinho's idea and IF Flav didn't agree to it (even though he DID know about it) then WHY didn't Flav say something when it happened?

Personally I would like to see Rubens take it this year. Jenson's done a fantastic job, (I know he's lost it in the last few trips) but Rubens has played '2nd fiddle' for so long to so many other drivers. It would be great to see him with number 1 on HIS car for a change!!

I'm sure I said something about this a while back..... only change seems to be that Bernie is now saying we NEED a British GP. But this is Bernie, plays both ends against the middle, when the British GP falls over he can claim that he did his best to keep it running... It's not his fault etc etc.

Be interesting to know how this is worked out, is it on results or just for competing? Knowing Bernie it'll be a loan with interest repayable. If it's worth enough it may be worth it to keep the smaller teams in I suppose.... Gotta have those back markers getting in the way

Oh Dear! I have a problem.... I find myself agreeing with Max..... IF you are not allowing testing For JA then why should MS test? I also agree that in-season testing SHOULD be allowed. Twice in one comment .... there is no hope for me!!!!

@ Fourking Hell.... 'Ticket prices will be up and there will be talk of holding an f1 race on the moon but they are not sure if the fan base is there' I'm sure that Bernie doesn't care about the fan base providing the price is right.

Nail on Head time Polotico... Dictators have their place, and back in the 80's and 90's our 2 favourite dictators (Bernie and Max) had their time.... now it's time for them to go and the balance to be restored!!!
