RECOMMENDED COMMENT
12 agree.
Daniel, this is the first Newey designed Red Bull. Give it some time and they will be front runners. Webber did well today considering he had to pit earlier than expected and had an air pump problem. I didn't see Webber making as many mistakes as Massa and Hamilton. Put Mark in either of those cars and he would have nailed them yesterday.

Honda 'disappointed', Suzuki slams Fry.
2 agree.
3 disagree.
I always thought Nick Fry was a ******* weasel, now I have a real reason to dislike him. He has obviously done nothing for Honda. If Honda will turn around its fortunes, it will be because of Brawn, not Nick "Small" Fry. Give yourself an uppercut Nick!

End of the road for Aguri.
4 agree.
Just what we need, one less team on the grid. Thanks Bernie, thanks Max, and thanks Nick Fry, you bloody incompetant douche bags.

Fresh doubt over Aguri future.
One thing I certainly don't want to see is three car teams. Just the thought of three Ferraris way out in front, followed by three McLarens bores me to death. Two each is bad enough to watch. I'd rather see single car teams than three car teams.

Webber 'will win a grand prix'.
2 agree.
1 disagrees.
If we get another race like Fuji last year, then Webber has a good shot at winning. Red Bull seems to have reliablility on its side this year but are still lacking pace. Even Mark knows that to get big points, he will have to take advantage of Ferrari, McLaren and BMW's failures. Three strong points finishes in a row is something Mark has not had in his F1 career for a long time, if ever, so its great to see him get some good results this year.

Probably the most interesting part of Webbers column was where he was explaining his Le Mans accidents where the car flipped on two seperate occasions. The photos of the car flying above the other cars is quite amazing. Might explain why he has so much bad luck in F1 after walking away from those two accidents, I think he may have used up all his luck in one race meeting.

Eastern Creek switch gathers pace.
Agreed. Australia does not have much in the way of decent open wheeler circuits. The options would have to be some kind of temporary street circuit. I doubt anyone is going to come up with the cash to develop a new circuit. That rules out Sydney as they have already axed the development of a Homebush street circuit around the Olympic Park for the V8's which would be considerably cheaper than the F1's. That leaves open Adelaide, Gold Coast and Melbourne for existing street circuits. Frankly, I don't see it moving from Melbourne. The facility is fantastic and the public transport is as good as you will get anywhere in the world.

This will never happen. A1GP is one thing, but not F1. The track layout is good and there is always great racing there, but for spectators it sucks. The only good viewing is from the main straight stands. NSW Government would never support it anyway, they just want to appear as though they are interested when in actualy fact they are too tight**** to even hold a V8 race in Homebush.
