I think that rule changes that increases the chance of on track overtaking is going to be good for the sport, its been to much of no action on track, all action in pitstops. Being an aussie I'm hoping that Webber will get amongst it in terms of podiums more, but i think as long as its exciting, close, and fair racing i dont care who wins.
It should be fun, im going to Melbourne for this years race and I cant wait to see the new ban on driver aids in effect.

Villeneuve targeted for V8 seat.
I would like to see JV come down under to race the V8s, I would even watch the entire series instead of a few races. I would even settle to see him race at bathurst.

Webber: New regs won't improve F1 show.
I think all we can do is sit back and wait till melbourne and see what happens. Im hoping MW is wrong and that the changes do bring closer racing and more overtaking but IMO whenever they try to change the rules to promote closer racing it seems to backfire. Im hoping the 09 changes do work...

Slim hope for Honda.
Apparently Honda have been sold (or as good as) or so the rumor goes. A quick google search for Honda F1 should provide you with the details

Kubica: Wings will fly in Melbourne...
1 agrees.
Perhaps they need to add yet another rule that states the wings must not measure any wider then so many mm beyond the front tyre when pointing straight... but then nowdays its seems that they are trying to fix the sport by making new rules and regs every year.

Hamilton faces court, focuses on Singapore.
2 agree.
4 disagree.
I couldnt care less if hamilton gets his points back or not, the differnece in the WDC will be either 1 or 7 points (IIRC) thats still close enough for me, especially with a new circuit comming up, night race and a possiabilty of rain to boot, it has the makings of a good race. But in terms of LH and his arrogance, i believe that he has gotten more arrogant this year and I for one am hoping for a Massa WDC as i wouldnt be able to stand listening to the crap that will spew from LH's mouth when he wins the WDC. I will automaticually have flashbacks to Adelaide '94 when Schumacher won the WDC by IMO he took out Hill and started crying when he saw hill get out of the car.

The Stig is 'seriously good' says F1 champ.
1 agrees.
Some say his sweat keeps his suit clean and white, and that his skin has grafted itself to the inside of his helmet...All I know is that they call him The Stig

Schumi 'proud' to dish out spy row dosh.
1 agrees.
Im trying to figure out how Mosley's sex life is tied into Schumacher distrubuting the fine money. The second page of the article was all about Mosley's sex life and nothing to so with the main story.

Oz Grand Prix handed lifeline?
3 agree.
If i was the Western Australian government id be thinking hosting it there, theres a 2 hour difference between Melbourne and Perth (2pm Melbourne is midday in perth) so in therory if the race needs to be held say 11pm in melbourne to satisfy BE then Perth could hold it at 9pm and if they decided that daylight savings isnt for them then that makes it 8pm race start. I think the state governments need to stop fighting over this and either hand it over to the federal government or all get behind it and do whats best in the interest of australian motor sport and band together splitting the costs. Then there are other problems to consider, like where to hold it, who gets what % of income etc etc

Oz Grand Prix handed lifeline?
2 agree.
the only problem i see with a night will be that the spectators have to go work the next day unless they hold it on a long weekend. I too would prefer a day as it leaves more time for entertainment after the race like this year melbourne's GP where they had kiss playing. That was brillant, if they hold a night race, they couldnt do that i would think.

Night or 'Good Night' for Oz?
2 agree.
3 disagree.
Im getting increasly dissatisfied with F1, with the spy scandal last year and McLarens fine and Renault getting off scott free and BE and MM imposing their demands on the sport and threating to pull races for money reasons is just wrong to put it politly. Its long over due for the pair of them to retire from their positions and have a fresh new perspective brought in
