That's right... I did. Good of you to acknowledge that fact.

Anyone who can pull over 2 seconds a lap on world class opposition (in the wet) round a circuit he's never seen before, let alone ridden in the wet before can only be considered world class. Sorry but that's a fact. If it had stayed wet, he'd have whooped the lot of em by over 30 seconds, based on his lead at the point he came in for slicks... And that's not world class ? Like f**k its' not...

Good achievement, but he needs to get his **** up there into WSBK with Haslam, Sykes, Byrne and Crutchlow else he'll get left behind.

Yes, exactly the same way, although I don't ever recall saying he'd DOMINATE anything (although he did dominate every pre-season testing session he went to which at the time wasn't a bad marker to base his '09 season form on now was it...), just that he'd be nearer the pointy end than he has been so far. Only half way through the season so far tho :p Hi Dale...

I think the 'Camier is good but not that good' merchants can go eat his dust... Good to see Ellison up there in 3rd (few extra points for my MCN roadrace team... good lad). Lets hope the Airwaves boys can get a 1-2, with Mason bagging some decent points also. Good to see Chrissy Walker in there in 5th. Nice one.

Rutter is looking to fund his own ride in BSB apparently, although I guess if TAS offered he might accept...

No, he hasn't been out of his depth at all - that bike has let him down more than anything else. He showed he was capable of running top 6 in Quatar - a super fast circuit. PI - no pre-season testing so playing catchup and unlucky with DNF's, Qatar - held and got 6th but more bike problems, beat Sykes, Kiyonari, Corser, Haslam, Rea, Xaus, Kagayama, Neukirchner and Fabrizio in race 1 and Checa, Laconi, Kagayama, Smrz and Fabrizio in race 2. Valencia - more bike problems but top 10 in rqce 1 beating Kiyonari, Checa, Spies, Smrz and Rea. Race 2 just out of top 10 beating Rea, Smrz, Kagayama, Corser, Xaus, and 1/10sec behind Sykes. Assen - Just out of top 10 in race 1 beating Neukirchner, Xaus.

of their depth ? All whom Byrne has beaten a number of times already this season. No... when they have a bad race its all OK and out of character etc... yet as soon as Byrne (who has represented this country better than most recent British riders and achieved more than the likes of Haslam, Rea or Sykes have) puts a foot wrong the typical British knockers are there to give him a swifty in the knackers for good measure. Bout right for most miserable, 'look on the negative side' British ****s these days...

Kiyo, Checa, Kagayama, and less than 3 secs off Fabrizio. Race 2 - 8th beating Neukirchner, Corser, Xaus, Kagayama, Laconi, Kiyonari, Spies and Biaggi. Monza - race 1 tyre spinning on rim, race 2 bike conked out. Kyalami - race 1 top 10 beating Sykes, Kiyo, Smrz, Haslam, Xaus. I've lost count of the number of times Borcianni (after a WSB round) has written on the Sterilgarda website that there were unfortunate bike problems and Byrnes race pace was solid. The team is struggling else they'd field another rider like every other year and Shakey is feeling the effects of it. I don't see anyone else complaining that the likes of Smrz Kiyonari, Rea, Neukirchner, Laconi, Corser, or Xaus are out..

Leon v Spies, Sykes, Haga, Haslam, Shakey round Donnington in a few weeks... now that should be good, especially with the BSB round being only a few weeks beforehand...

Now what WOULD be good is if GSE stopped p155ing about in BSB and stepped back up to WSB like they did before with the Yamahas (or even the 1098's) and unite Camier with Shakey again... Always did think it was a shame GSE didn't go to WSB this year and keep hold of Shakey.

Hah. Looks like Camier is gonna romp this 2009 season and take the title like Shakers did last year. Christ he's almost a second a lap up on Guintoli - a (young) MotoGP rider from only last season. That's impressive. Can't see him going to World Supersport next year (too big at 6'4") so someone in World Supers is gonna have to shift over... This kid has the experience and the youth to go far...
