Giancarlo is absolutely right, just as Bernie has said before. But maybe Massa is about on a par with Shamilton at best and Alonso slightly ahead, the pecking order is probably like this: Raikkinen, Kubica, Alonso, Shamilton, Massa.

The first thing they need to do is to get rid of Nick Fry!!! That weak link is bottlenecking the team and the sooner he's gone the better!

Well maybe if piquet stopped getting into useless scraps maybe it would be a 2 car show.

Shamilton loves to state the obvious! As george says, he should just give up talking and race!

The best option would be to go to Mclaren, this driver looks like he could give Shamilton a hard time like he is already doing at the moment in a inferior car! If Kubica wants to win the title then Mclaren would be better than Ferrari because Kimi looks like to have the strangle hold on the team just like Schuey did.

I have sympathy for Davidson and SA and wish them the best of luck because he is a cracking little driver but I don't agree with the assesment that he's better than Button or Webber, As Greg pointed out Davidson was beaten by Webber in the Minardi and also by Button in the only race he participated in (Malaysia 2005), but still I wouldn't say Coulthard was better though! DC needs to shut and and stop crashing each race he's in! The end is nigh for SA but it's also true for DC!

Certaintly don't agree with Reno SP! I think if he had the right car Button could win the title, maybe even Trulli, don't underestimate Trulli I think if he and Shamilton were in the same car he would out qualify Lewis more often than not! Also Button is a very good all rounder and awesome in the wet, not as bad as you may seem to think, after all it was Jenson that practically finished Villeneuve's career back in 2003 and Villeneuve was a world champion in 97, I'd rate Button higher than Massa.

Don't agree with Simon, he said 2 or 3, if Alonso is one of the top driver then the next one must surely be Kimi and he's trying to say Shamilton might be the other one to put it politely. I suppose if Kimi wins the treble after the 2009 season along with about 30 victories he could retire at 30 and the best logical solution would be to see Alonso and maybe Vettel teaming up at Ferrari for 2010.

Exactly right gardhead, this means the Mclaren is fundamentally too slow to fight the Ferraris at the moment, so basically Shamilton "is racing against Fernando" tomorrow ;) ;)

Agree with Jason! that lap from Fernando was brilliant even if he's only got 1 lap of fuel in the car let alone a stint's worth! Obviously Mclaren and BMW will be much faster than the Renault in the race but as we saw in Bahrain and other races Shamilton is not good rying to come through the pack and another collision is on the cards between a Renault and a Mclaren, that'll have Shamilton lose some sleep tonight as tomorrow could be the end of his title bid this year, especially if we see Kimi scamper off into the distance which he will.
