well, well, well...
Ferrari win again with the help of the FIA.
But of course there is no concerted effort to make sure Ferrari win the championship. And of course the theory that the FIA don''t want to see a black man be World Champion is totally ludicrous.
Sure!

Stoner: Rossi's a worthy champion.
4 agree.
15 disagree.
Did you guys see the interview he did in parc ferme after the race?? The guy just can't bring himself to act graciously in defeat. When he was asked if, "Valentino was a worthy Champion?" he had to pause and hesitate before he grudgingly agreed to the inteviewers statement. People dislike Hamilton in F1 saying he is arogant but I noticed yesterday that without being asked and bearing in mind the history between Alonso and himself he gave credit to both Alonso and Rosberg for a great drive in the post race press conference. Enough said!

Hamilton settles for P3 to extend title lead.
I think Lewis has seen that particular strip tease many times over by now so I don't think it will be too much of a distraction... lol.

Rossi reflects on MotoGP title glory.
17 agree.
1 disagrees.
when you read this interview you understand why so many people around the world love this guy. He speaks with honesty, enthusiasm and above all modesty. I hope Stoner reads the paragraph where Rossi says he had to learn to lose and it made him try even harder the next season. Rossi wins with dignity and more importantly loses with dignity. He also said he had to do some growing up... Hello Casey are you listening? It's nice to hear that money isn't his God after all these years in the sport and that what's important to him is feeling comfortable in the team and with those around him. Valentino, thank you for the hours of entertainment you've given over the years. #1

Yeah driving out the pits with the re-fueling hose still attached and endangering other drivers AGAIN really is a "silly" strategy!!!

Rossi wins Motegi, 2008 MotoGP title.
2 agree.
Damo... lots of teams are using the Magneti Marelli system all with the same hardware, i believe all teams except Duke who design their own hardware. the only difference is the software that the engineers of the respective teams program into it. so they all have electronics and it doesn't detract from Rossi's win in anyway, same as when Stoner wins he wins with the machine he's been given. personally i would ban all the electronics but i guess i'm in the minority.

MotoGP goes single tyre for 2009.
15 agree.
2 disagree.
Here's a way out thought guys.... Who cares about a single tyre rule?? Personally I watch MGP to see who is the BEST RIDER not who has the best tyres. If they all start on a level playing field, all with the same tyres, nobody with an advantage over anyone else IMHO it's a good thing. All I wish for now is a total ban on all electronic aids and a return to 990cc so we can really see who is the BEST RIDER and not who has the best tyres or best electronic package. Am I the only one who is happy at this first step???
