F1 » Whiting: McLaren proposed standing starts

IDIOT! it doesn't make sense. Every thing has a start and an end and everything else in-between. I guess he is being honest in saying it's not pure racing and being done for show. Well in the end the FIA will have their circus and we the purists will look elsewhere for pure racing. Because lately it's all been about a show not about racing. So enjoy screwing the greatest motor sport ever.

Not sure why everyone keeps blaming a DNF for a driver's failures, it's as if they are the only ones that have suffered from DNFs. How about the Hamilton fans start sympathizing and supporting Vettel's DNFs instead of putting down the guy every time he has one and telling us how superior HIS team mate is? Like I keep saying, it's so easy to equate SV with LH
