F1 » Alonso: I lost motivation at Ferrari

looks like Alonso is going to continue trying to justify his bad decision to leave Ferrari for the rest of his career. You may have lost interest but didn't Ferrari said your input in developing the car was nothing to write home about? I guess driving like an amateur is more your style. Richard, I don't see any reason why he couldn't welcome Vettel as a team mate in Ferrari, his problem is that he is prone to make bad decisions with some serious bad timing. It all started when left Renault with 2 WDC to team up with a company that shafted him... etc.

F1 » Todt vows to bring engine costs down

Cutting costs is not the answer Jean, we've seen practice days reduced or eliminated to cut costs, we've seen refueling eliminated during race to cut costs, number of engines allocated were reduced to cut costs, v6's were introduced to cut costs, amount of fuel per race is reduced and monitored to cut costs, all kinds of testing has been reduced or not allowed to cut costs. I believe cutting costs to help teams that have no business in the F1 just to keep up is hurting the F1... Not to mention all the other stupid rules you people come up with. Spending by teams will naturally even itself out in the long run. What the F1 needs, as I mentioned before is a set of specifications and requirements for all aspect of the car with no time constraints or cost to attain the best a team can offer or create. Let the wannabe's fall on the wayside if that's what it takes to give the sport the best.

F1 » Hamilton: I’d rather anyone won but Nico…

MrJones85: It confounds me also. Hamilton and his supposed music career. He really needs to stop and smell the coffee. His chances of becoming a star singer/rapper are slim to none especially for a 30 something racing car driver. Like I said before it will never happen. You have to be extremely dedicated to make it in music and his schedule won't let him. Being a fan of music and actually making it are two different things. Mercedes should put their foot down and tell him where his priorities needs to be.
Ah ha maybe he now thinks he is john travolta :p

richard:
MrJones85: It seems like everything Hamilton says gets lost in translation and that's especially true when it reaches Crash! lol
where was the "translation"? lulu spoke in english, and the report is in english, quoting what he said. cant be much clearer than that
Probably that Queens English or is it the Cockney accent? Sorry the closest I've been to Britain was Ireland in the sixties. I'm sure I'll be told off who speaks Cockney :)

107SS2009: If Lulu is being quoted correctly this must be Unprecedented in the history of Formula one teams members, at least I never heard anything the like, and never thought I will from any team member.
You read it right sunny, I saw it elsewhere too, I was wondering when Crash will post it. One thing about Crash they have refrained from posting lulu's other escapades, well done Crash!

Sunny and Darbo, you're both wrong. No driver would want their team mate to beat them but no driver would want a rival team to clench the title. If you don't believe me, ask the people that pay their salaries. First and foremost a team want to win at all costs. Hamilton is wrong and the implications are there no need to twist his words to mean anything otherwise Darbo.
