F1 » Dennis looking to regain majority at McLaren

richard: technically, but he would not have any power, or very little. to have a majority, with control, you need to have more shares than the others combined. otherwise you could be blocked at every turn!
that's true but all he needs is just one coalition partner to form a majority. usually partners in a company work for the best interest of the company. Anyway just saying, I really care less about Ron Dennis and his shenanigans.

F1 » Dennis points finger at Hamilton for 2007 issues

shamarone: re: "Alonso who went nuclear and threatened Ron with telling all to the FIA" that's what I'm screaming. was it not Alonso that dropped dime on McLaren during "SpyGate"...? quite frankly I'm shocked they even took him back.
who knows, maybe Repsol will be taking over for Mobil1 :) lolz. @Taipan, thats funny, the only guys I see mis-characterizing Lewis consistently are you, rich, sunny and Georgie. It's not healthy to hate habitually.
Yo! ProfessorX, you sound like a modern day Republican always casting facts aside as if they don't matter.

F1 » Dennis looking to regain majority at McLaren

richard: really , this is old news! will the existing owners be prepared to reduce their holding? despite the comments about a deal agreed in principle, i doubt that there are enough shares available for ron to get 51%. BTD. if macca is valued at 1bn, then ron will need to find considerably more than 250m to get a 26% extra. the other shareholders will want a bigger return!
according to this article Ron may have succeeded actually Ron needs another 13% more shares to be majority stock holder 38% vs 37% and 25%
