F1 » Hamilton: 'I don't want it easy'

Of course you don't want to take it easy, the problem is that your only competition is the other Mercedes, and that other Mercedes is not letting you take it easy. Let's see if you'll attempt a real pass in Hungary or just stay on his tail and pretend there is something wrong with the car or you. Let's hope you don't get gifted in the last race, champ.

F1 » Rosberg wins but Hamilton recovers to third

Webbertron: Good race, controlled perfectly by Rosberg, top effort to Hamilton for making it to 3rd, and congratulations to Bottas for a well deserved 2nd place! The only thing that got me was when Sutils car was left in the middle of the track with no safety car. I'm sorry but it doesn't matter how off the racing line the car is, or how many yellow flags you wave. That car was in a terrible position and in my opinion there should have been a safety car. I thought the F.I.A would have preferred to have a safety car too, as it would have made the racing closer.
Time to give a penalty to the FIA... a few billion dollars fine would be a starting figure.

F1 » Red Bull surprised by Mercedes brake change

LLarry:
107SS2009: As I said elsewhere, strange decisions were taken by race control/race stewards. Yes, changing the type/make of brake disc/rotor and pads after qualifying amounts to a change of specification. Under the rules of parc ferme changing specification in itself means a penalty starting from the pit-lane.
No it doesn't. Drivers change brake pads / systems from race to race anyway and on the grounds of safety no steward is going to insist that a team / driver persist with a particular part that has failed - imagine the consequences if they did and an accident occurred. This is Horner just being a pr@t because his team are getting their butts kicked.
Yeah? What about the fuel flow meter?

F1 » Rosberg wins but Hamilton recovers to third

Understeer:
George Zaidan: looks like the Lewis one eyed fan boys can't accept a Rosberg win, they always have to inject some conspiracy theory as to why Lewis was prevented from winning.
I am not among Lewis Hamilton's fanboys as you and other have termed those who support hi but tell me honestly if the decision not to activate the safety car did not look out of the ordinary with marshals having to scamper across a live track
There may be rule for their decision, but when has Lewis been able to pass Nico when Nico is ahead? If Lewis had pitted for wets he would have made the wrong decision as well.

F1 » Rosberg wins but Hamilton recovers to third

champers: @richard. What absolute drivel. Vettel had best car and best team for all his 4 wdc. Ricciardo is now showing how good he is as a racer too. If you hadn't noticed generally in F1 the best car wins as long as the driver is fairly good. Alonso is one exception that always extracts more out his car than most
WOW! Ricciardo is showing how good he is by beating a team mate that has had more mechanical failures than anyone on the grid this season? you're funny. maybe not everyone, but certainly everyone on the top tier

F1 » Rosberg wins but Hamilton recovers to third

richard: r6. lulu is in the best car, evidenced by nico and lulu being 1 and 2 in nearly every race. when vetel was in what you call the "best car", webber was in the same car, and did not automatically be 2 nd in every race. and generally, the rbr was not the best car in all 4 years. in fact, vettel won the wdc twice when lulu had "the best car"
exactly Richard.

BTW R6Ryder, Vettel has won 4 consecutive WDC in a row, that ain't no fluke, and he won it against other teams and drivers with cars that at least went all the way to the finish line. You can at least be honest about what has been happening to Vettel's car this season to put him where he is at the moment. But it will be foolhardy to write him off against his team mate with half a season still left. cheers.

R6Ryder:
George Zaidan: Congrats Nico! Good job Hamilton, it’s good that you were gifted with a great car
I see you like to take any accomplishment LH has by saying "he has the best car" . I think that's fine. He does have a great car. But you can't say that all of Vettels accomplishments are not a result of him having the best car. This year absolutely proves it. If vettel was the god that many of you vettel fans THOUGHT he was then he would AT LEAST be regularly dominating his teammate.
But that is exactly what the Lewis fan boys kept saying about Vettel, that it was all because of his car. If the shoe fits then Lewis needs to wear it too.
