Wait till RBR get the double diffusser sorted and you'll see them winning and blowing away the Brawns. Button knows his fairytail can't continue and he'll have Wiley Rubens and the Red Bull abliteraters hammering him within 5 or 6 rounds. Then theres the Hamilton's, Kimmi's, Massa's, Trulli's Etc putting their two bobs worth here and there. Also about KERS it's still early days and to be honest it does put a bit of twist and intregue into the racing. GOOD STUFF I RECKON! If it was all perfect the the racing becomes to clinical 'optional rules for new technology is a good thing' forcing them not so(FIA ???). '09 season has a good balance so far.

What a load of rubbish! No talk of capping Bernies or FIA's fee's. Then they throw in a late fee. I agree with JJ let the major teams start their own Elite formula series with a spend as much as possible if youve got it approach. Not everyone is broke and I can understand Ferrari doing what they are doing. How are they supposed to trim their budget to a tenth in 6 months. They have spent 50yrs building up their F1 business wich I'm sure involves a lot of sub contracting and people indirectly involved wich would add up to alot of jobs lost. Not because the company is suffering financially but just because Max want's a new cheap rice burner F1 series. Like I said Rubbish!

I thought maybe a Manufacturer might have been tempted by the new capped rules. None listed. Maybe Hyaudai or VW. Mazda. Sounds scary and that's what these rules have done ruined the elite formula. Hey there's a name for a break away series. ELITE FORMULA SERIES. I like it!

The FIA are 2 steps behind and the financial crisis has caught them out hence the hastely implemented budget cap and two tier rules. This sort of change needs time not 6 months. By the time it gets sorted the financial crisis will be over and all will be good again. Even if the manufacturers and RBR start a rebel series that might not be a bad thing for a couple of years. Let Bernie and Max have their Rice burner budget series but I'll be watching the other pinnacle series. Eventually they will reunite. Look at the USA open wheelers. All is good now. This season has become 2 tier gate what with the diffussers and now the budget cap. Uncanny!

Windsor and Coulthard both have said every body lies to the Stewards as they have in the past. To much political correctness here. Trulli spun off the track and Lewis stupidly let him past before proper confirmation from the team. That's it..... Penalise him for being stupid and for following dodgey instructions. Reinstate Davey and let them get on with it. This is such FIA & WMSC B u l l S h i t ! this is not good for F1.

@A Webb, Still the closer he can get to F1 level would be better for him. He's very young and has lot's of time to get there still. What erks me is Bernie dangling the carrot and thinking $$$ instead of this kids welfare. @JDS, Sure Bernie is an astute business man but sometimes a bit of tact and timing is required. He has gone gung ho ever since he heard the name Senna again. I think it's too soon and Bernie shouldn't get Bruno's hope up for a drive this season.

Sometimes there is too much passion for common sense to prevail. It gets mistaken for arrogance in Ferrari's case. Stefano's not in a good place at the moment and he obviously wears his heart on his sleeve. I think Ferrari will come back strong again in the European races. The car is fast as shown by Massa in China.

It's too early to be sacking people. This is all about Bernie and money! He want's the Senna name back as a marketing tool for F1. In doing so of course he is stuffing up people lives and careers. Senna should have taken the Mercedes drive and kept honing his craft. He's very young and should prove himself first and if worthy on merrit not just namesake then drive F1. This article is a bit tacky!

This is a waste of time and money all round. The FIA should be held responsible for all the confusion their rules and methods have created. Someone should be able to penalise them for in-competence and disrepute.

He's never had a reliable and/or competetive drive until now. His loyalty to RBR is now paying off as there car is technically the bench mark for 09. I think he will be a winner this season and beyond. Monaco 09 is looking good for his first of many.
