MotoGP » Stoner: I expected everyone else to be faster

Casey was faster today but not yet the fastest. That 2010 Sepang time is still standing tall so am still not impressed with anyone, including Valentino! So, don't get deluded about so called 'who's faster in every test' and look beyond that - 2011 season :) BTW, don't take seriously about those snobs who repeatedly change their versions/colors/sides just like that :p

MotoGP » Suppo: Hire the best riders, get the 'best' bike

Some people are deliberate liars and snobs, serious members doesn't need to care for their garbage. If anyone wants to know the truth then they should watch the latest Furusawa and Rossi video about the Yamaha M1 and its history, tube: watch?v=32G-qcyXSzE - part 1 watch?v=SbRxmPykiug - part 2 Flash Flash!! Laureus Awards 2011: Valentino Rossi claimed the "Comeback of the Year" award :)

MotoGP » Lorenzo: We have a winning bike, but…

Once upon a time: Americans always been forefront in recognizing and respecting the global talent. No wonder why a man with such an incredible talent like Valentino has been bestowed with a "Valentino Rossi Day" in the West Coast. Please be careful before tagging any Tom, Deek and Harry with the Americans. I say that because some sound to me more like French (nen deplaise a bon Francais) than being true Americans - always whining like cry babies with conspiracy theories and B$ stories just like it happened many many times with another legend called Lance Armstrong!

MotoGP » Lorenzo: We have a winning bike, but…

There is this classic rule: no matter how much money one pumps into a project could guarantee a design's success. It was stunning to watch super cars such as Ferrari 458 Italia getting engulfed in fire just because of a silly glue issue in their wheel assemblies  Had the Engineers got it correctly, 8 million customers wouldn't be crying today because of the Intel's Sandy Bridge chipset's SATA bug (P67 Motherboards). It will cost $1 Billion dollars to Intel for that Design error - sending over-voltage only to a single Transistor spelled the doom! Sadly, am an affected customer too. So, that loop must happen every time at every organization which mainly designs and makes something best. Hope this helps in understanding a little more about the Rider/Engineer relationship.

"In a Design, requirements should never be frozen in the early Phases!" - a fundamental in the principles of Designing, which is applicable in any field of Engineering or be it in any System (non-Engineering). That's why we see so many Tests (loop), many parts keep on arriving at many numbers of occasions in a season. Not to forget, genius of Jerry Burgess, who also happen to play big in the development story. It's clearly wrong to declare only Engineers know everything right from the beginning so Riders got hardly any role in whatsoever during any season! It's because Engineers rely on the process of evaluating their designs with the help of their best Rider. Sometimes, a Rider could know better than an Engineer himself/herself while dealing a particular problem. One more thing, not all design heads have the abilities like Masao Furusuwa!

It was actually Yamaha's head honcho, Mr. Masuo Furusawa credited Rossi many times by quoting he was mainly responsible for the Yamaha-M1 development project (post 2003), NOT the Crash! So, he knows exactly what he was talking about. I read here many times some people talking with half-baked grasp, obviously they don't have any clear cut understanding about the roles and responsibilities of an Engineering Head and a their principal Rider. In the recent times, history proves that hardly anyone could come close to Rossi's gifted abilities in terms developing a bike. Having said that, Engineering Head has the sole responsibilities to Design various components, could be anything from a nut to an Engine! But why do the Riders and Engineers keep on running in the loop, which has a Design-Develop-Design-Develop cycle?

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi just a few tenths away?

He knows what he needs to do much better than any noob here. Valentino has beaten the current crop of riders by scoring double world titles in succession against the likes of Casey and Jorge! How does that one could explain? One couldn't win all races or titles every time or be fastest on every occasion. Even Super Computers loose! That's the truth, if any fan likes it or not. Let's wait and watch, season yet to start. BTW, current crop of riders didn't fall from the sky!

F1 » Ayrton Senna - the movie

typical joeh: You have a flawed logic, don't try too hard. If people like Senna are disgraceful then what about the people like you, with loose and lousy tongues/thoughts? One should weigh the words before letting them loose else people like you have no purpose in living a life, as 'educated' humans! If you don't know then you must ask someone who knows about it better or you must do your homework more before accusing/tarnishing any legend. BTW, am yet to get married.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi just a few tenths away?

It's a great picture, riding a great bike for sure :) Honestly, I wasn't that impressed with the top guys in this year's test (or development progress). Why? This 2010 fastest Sepang test time: Valentino Rossi - Fiat Yamaha - 2m 0.271s (Day 2, Test II) We all know why M1 was the best last year, no doubt about it. But what's happening with M1 riders such as Jorge? Sic was amazing I must say, Dani is as usual flies away and there is Casey too. This year, Rossi is recuperating. Having said all that, none of them could touch that 2010 time. Amazing :)
