F1 » F1: '2014 for Ferrari was a huge disaster'

Perhaps it's quite a disaster if not a huge one. I believe firing Marco Mattiacci was a stupid move by the chairman Sergio Marchionne. What's most lame is appointing Maurizio Arrivabene as the Ferrari Team Principal. What experience he carries into the team? Arrivabene has spent the last 27 years with Ferrari sponsor Philip Morris. Is that some joke or what? It was clearly one big mistake, followed by another and another... Too many people have left within a short time. Last but not least, Luca shouldn't have accepted Stefano Domenicali's resignation. That move would have saved at least some people, especially their prized possession named Fernando Alonso. To augment R&D initiatives more people are needed to be filled up by creating the right environment. Anyway, I'm pretty sure Audi folks must be very happy with their new catch - probable F1 entry for Audi. What's cooking here? But what's happening for Marco Mattiacci? I hope he surfaces at WEC.

BtwnDitches Are you one of those guys with a Rollex that Bernie loves? :)
Well, Bernie is a classic example for an insufferable snob. I own couple of watches like Rado, Omega, Tissot etc (sports models from car magazines). But I don't like Rolex brand. What else would you like to know? I own a bike for the starter. Italian. Pinarello. A big follower of GT Cycling events.

F1 » Ricciardo: Ferrari title more appealing to Vettel

@Webbertron You're reading too much into it. DR is a good talent for the sport, but to diminish and rubbish Seb would be stupid. I believe Seb ran into so much of bad luck with his car etc. Anyway, what's past is past. What's interesting to note is Seb really played a good sport by not whining, moaning or complaining about his car or swore at Red Bull top brass. Perhaps few drivers should learn from him, especially Seb's cool personality.

F1 » Hamilton eyes ‘another seven years in F1’

@I think I can handle another 7 years of Lulu Not me, definitely not with so much media drama. I can thoroughly enjoy Valentino Rossi racing until he reaches 40 years but not him or anyone from F1. I'm not being disrespectful anyone here, so don't get mad. Anyway, I thought to wish this way: Dear Santa, Please please please save another year of B$ from LH's media drivel. Thanks a millions.

F1 » F1: Hamilton wins Sports Personality of the Year

@Sir Bradley Wiggins claimed the prize with more than double the Lulu support (492 064) votes Thank you for mentioning Wiggo, 107S He is the only one I respect him from the recent times. I rarely address any British as "Sir" but I do in case of Sir Bradley Wiggins because he is a great man, humble, decent and cool personality who doesn't care much about media attention or making most mileage out of fame. He is a great role model too. I'm so glad to meet him in my real life. ps: I thought LH is more like Froome?

F1 » Kate Walker: Leading F1 into the future

I remember my post got deleted for writing candidly on a Kate Walker's highly prejudiced column about Russian Grand Prix. If this post gets deleted, I'll dump Crash.net forever. Now coming to the point... @A good manager and marketer, a canny financial officer, and a man who preaches social responsibility? Such a person joining F1? That would be like chasing a mirage! I've seen very few in the technology industry. E.g., the late Steve Jobs, Bill Gates et al.

F1 » OFFICIAL: McLaren names Alonso, Button as 2015 F1 line-up

@Lancsmann - He is a multi millionaire and when they offered him a contract for 2015 should have told them to f**k off and would rather quit than drive for a very unprofessional team. Button will never say that. He is way smarter than you to realize that no one is indispensable in reputed companies. A man like Steve Ballmer was shown the door because he failed to deliver, do you remember?
