Valentino Rossi has blamed Bridgestone for the crashes at Laguna Seca "Valentino Rossi has criticised Bridgestone, the tyre supplier in MotoGP, for only bringing single-compound tyres to Laguna Seca which turned out to be unsuited to the conditions. In the Italian media, Rossi claimed that there were an unusually high number of crashes at the US Grand Prix at Laguna, cause partly by lower than expected temperatures and the absensce of dual-compound tyres available to riders." Was that complacency or lack of planning from the Bridgestone since they are sole type suppliers till 2011 season ?
