MotoGP » Dovizioso plays down fastest lap

Again this guy is an ANALYST not a CODER, which he clearly states. Its simple the more the processor has to work out the slower it does it, even with interrupts. Like it takes 5 seconds to boot paint 30 to boot Autocad (processor and open applications dependent) As for discrediting, well just look to the bottom of the page (obviously again you didn't have time). If I read into things like you, blinkered, I would say that says: Crash: There is this guy who never shuts up on our site and does not understand how things work, and that all the top riders only win because of the electronics do everything for them, can you please tell him and hopefully he will be quiet. DG: Sure thing, the riders are exceptionally talented, tell him he doesn't know what he is talking about.

You mean this bit? "The speed of the processor is so fast anyway that even with a cheaper unit you can still have strategies which will work faster than any rider will feel" If that were absolutely true, how come Rossi had to shut off mid corner as his back wheel spun out yesterday? As many riders do? Like with everything the strategies work when they are inside the parameters, so they are trying to prevent it going wrong and the rider won't feel it, but then it goes wrong and it is not fast enough or the strategy does not have an answer. The Marelli Marvel 4.5 fastest input samples at 1ms, then the processor has to filter it, then decide what to do with it. Even if the code looped at 1ms it would take at least 5 loops to calculate what to do, he sort of states that. I am currently in touch with a crew chief who is going to ask a software engineer for the speed of a loop, but very much doubt they will release that info.

TalentFan: Read the article on Electronics (Q&A David Gentile) on the WSBK page yet RSMick? DG clearly outlines things there that blow a lot of stuff you insisted was not possible, to be just the opposite, and that vast resources are needed to truly exploit ECU capabilities. Basically proved comprehensively that you will try & sell total untruths as fact to suit your own purpose & agenda.
Point me in the direction of what particular! He talks about using PID, years old stuff, cruise control good example, something I use a lot in all sorts of processes, an easy equation to program but not easy to set up, need a lot of patience. WSB has open electronics using devices that are banned in GP, he is also an analyst not a programmer which he clearly explains.
2 words. Zero Credibility.
Is that referring to yourself with the little bit at the end?

grantrd: Oh goodness here we go again........... Yaaaawn The hatred for Honda on this site knows no limits.....
Not this site, just certain people, the beauty is we have a choice whether to read those posts made by the people who spout never ending anti Motogp, anti Honda, anti Dorna bile and so called facts without being able to provide any proof. We know who they are so if we read their posts we can't complain, so we can just ignore when the name appears particular as it will be exactly the same as the 4000 previous ones. By the same token the ones who write how they want Motogp to be something 180deg in reverse of what it always has been, should just simply not watch (even though they say they don't or do for a laugh) and find a sport where you are penelized for winning, doesn't BTCC do that?

MotoGP » Eugene Laverty confirms MotoGP move

V4Poweeeer: May not have I can't imagine Abraham being in a poorly finded team though and Wilarot I just have no idea about truthfully. The title of the bike may have been the same but from team to team parts and staff can vary widely especially if there are any crashes occur that damage the bike. If his team was as well funded as the teams Camier raced for Laverty may not have even been riding new tyres come race day.
Laverty rode for LCR, Wilarot rode for Thai Honda, both with the same spec RS250. Laverty rode for BQR Blusens (now Avintia), both he and Abraham rode RSW250, no amount of money could buy you better if Aprilia didn't think you were worth it, Abrahams were mostly home grown ex Blata minimoto mechanics. Camier should never have took that ride with Metasystem, his father had to remortgage to get him it (which is normal nowdays) the team were known for it. Like Davies took the ride with Matteoni.

MotoGP » Eugene Laverty confirms MotoGP move

TalentFan: Try questioning the status quo in MotoGP and he is right in there, always looking to discredit the poster or misdirect when all else fails.
Really? Are you sure? Are you really really sure? Did you read Johnny's post correctly?
gobsheen: RSmick- "Didn't beat Wilarot on the same bike. Didn't beat Abraham on the same bike."....Eugene was never even on the same team as either of these riders afaik-what are you talking about RSmick?
I'm sorry do I need to be a little more specific?
