Thanks for that James, I was feeling a little low today but you just gave me a good laugh. Top 6, what a joker?

Just hold on a minute while I take a few minutes to KICK Stoner :) whilst he is down like most other people on this forum. Stoner's problem is his body is like a pin cushion from all the knives in the back he gets. Seriously though I think he puts too much pressure on himself, he is his own worst enemy. It's OK to finish 2nd, 3rd or even off the podium sometimes when things are not going to plan. Every dog has it's day just that some dogs have longer intervals in between. :?

I was sitting in Redgate Grandstand at Donnington last year and Stoners Ducati hardly ever splutted because of TC cutting in. The other 3 Ducati's though were spluttering away like a lawnmower with a dirty fuel filter.

Superpole like WSBK maybe?? Seems these top guys in MotoGp don't like being a towbar, suck it up and get on with it. It makes sense that the slow guys want to tow with the fast guys and improve there qualifying grid position. If thats the only way they can get up the grid then they definitely will not be able to keep up on race pace. If you ban towing in qualifying then you would have to ban someone in the race who follows for 20 laps and then makes a last lap pass to win.

Wet/Dry races just red flag race and then restart 20 mins later. Gives the mechanics a chance to swap settings, tyres etc.. As far as Lorenzo's warm up crash, stay on the bike and then's there no problem.. There's no excuse why they cannot run one bike but I am glad that they have binned the idea. :?

Man I feel sorry for Hayden, I genuinely like the guy. He has a good work ethic and never let die attitude but unfortunately he is just not cutting it at the moment. Only 3 wins and 2 of those were at Laguna Seca when it was first added to the MotoGp calender, nobody else knew the track except Edwards. His 2006 WC was a bit like Kenny Roberts Jnrs WC on the Suzuki, not because of an outstanding performance but more because of everyone elses misfortunes. That said though the guy with the most points at the end is WC, Hayden and Roberts managed to do just that. :p

Well done Casey, keep the WC dream alive. A great ride in those conditions for 3rd. To all the Stoner haters who will pull him to bits, how many laps would you last in 40C heat and riding a physical bike like the Ducati when feeling as sick as a dog. Probably 2-3 in your armchairs hey???

"How come a "slower" bike can overtake 2 bikes at once during mugello race at the straight line? and it seems it can pull even farther if it wasn't have to enter the 1st corner?" EVER heard of that thing called slipstream, the more bikes in front of you the better the slipstream...

Watch those Ducati's fade away as the season rolls on, it will be all Yamaha and Honda at the front.

The Bridgestone tyres made for the Ducati..LOL.. Maybe over previous years when nobody else wanted anything to do with Bridgestone when the Michelins were the tyre to have. Ducati haven't got an advantage this year as the Bridgestone tyres are completely different to what Stoner/Rossi were running last year. That was part of the contract as tyre supplier this year to give everyone an equal opportunity.

yskunto, did you watch a different 2008 motogp championship than me last year. Dovi was very vocal by the end of the season about his underpowered non factory satellite Honda... :?
