Thanks for that James, I was feeling a little low today but you just gave me a good laugh. Top 6, what a joker?

Spies: We can't give away points like this.
1 agrees.
5 disagree.
In a previous post someone posted that Ben Spies has given away a possible 125 points. Some his own fault and some bad luck, the scary thing is he is still 59 points in front of his team mate Tom Sykes. Not 100% sure but I don't think that Tom has had any DNF's so far, I haven't seen much of him this year - nearly forgotten what he looks like.

Stoner second despite 'three laps'.
2 agree.
1 disagrees.
Rumour is that HRC are looking at signing Stoner for 2010, I for one hope he jumps ship. That Ducati is a pile of ****e, yes he's had good results on it but I don't think it's the most consistent bike on the grid. He wouldn't have to worry about competition from other riders on the Duke looking at the last couple of years.

Dovizioso leads at mixed Le Mans.
2 agree.
It's about time Dovi is at the pointy end of the field. He has been a bit lacklustre this year compared with last years result on the satellite Honda, he kept telling us how much better the HRC bike was so it's time to show us what he's made of..

Dovizioso motivated by Pedrosa.
4 disagree.
2010 - Dovi out, Stoner in at HRC...Pedrosa needs to stay for Repsol backing..

Is Rossi's dominance finally coming to an end?

Rossi, Lorenzo and Ukawa.
1 agrees.
The Truth of the matter is if Stoner, Rossi, Pedrosa get the right set up on race day no one can touch any one of them. Unfortunately for us fans they never find the right set up at the same time, same race, same weekend.

Rossi snatches early Motegi advantage.
2 agree.
I had high hopes for Nicky this year on the Ducati, BUT my gut feeling tells me he is going to have a disappointing year. Along with the other 3 Ducati riders to keep him company, looks like a repeat of last year with Stoner the only Ducati rider to be able to ride for a win. Stoner's contract with Ducati is up at the end of this year so will be interesting to see if he gets any offers from other teams for 2010. Pity help Ducati if he goes elsewhere...

Qatar MotoGP: 800cc top speed beats 990 best.
2 agree.
Lots of tongue in cheek solutions on here for reduction of speed
But if they really want to slow them down put speed limiters on them, say 300kph. Then each team can adjust there gear ratios for each different track for maximum acceleration up to the 300kph limiter.

Kallio fulfils objectives on MotoGP debut
1 agrees.
I just hope Kallio gets the hang of that Ducati, if he does I think he will do alright this year. This new GP9 isn't a bad bike against last years GP8, how smooth did Stoner look during that Qatar race - he had a bit in reserve. When Stoner rides on the limit that bike of his looks out of control, watch the Jerez test when he did that fastest lap of the session. If the other Ducati riders cannot get decent results by mid season then Ducati are screwed, no one will want to ride for them. Better get the cheque book out and make the numbers big to keep Stoner in the Ducati garage.
