Canepa joins on third Xerox Ducati.

I feel this is just a big smoke screen to slowly move Niccolò Canepa over to MotoGP and replace Marco. I hope so. This kid is fast and has tested to GP08 ( & no doubt the 09 ) bike before.

Rossi deal good for Toseland.

A typical Colin Edwards mentioned in this interview. Always willing to help the guy he wants to beat ! Just like Nicky Hayden, a fantastic ambassador for Dorna and for MotGP. I just hope Mr P has the sense to sign Colin for 09. He is doing a great job for the team.

Dovizioso: I need a factory bike.

Dovi is riding fantastic this year, not just for a rookie, but riding good in general. Who is the R1 idiot, who come on here, not knowing a clue about MotoGP ? Cant the staff ban him ? Nicky Hayden never whinge's about anything. Tests when others have gone home, tests in the wet, does it on all his own as Dani-bot either crashes or says the bike is not good enough. I for like Hayden, but I think he needs more of a " brute " under him. I remember reading on Soup after he won the AMA that HRC ran almost electrics on his RVT 1000 (RC51) and look at how well he rode that. Maybe the GP09 would suit him. Turn up the power, turn off the electrics.

Toseland receives Torrens Trophy.
Well done James! By far, the best man for the job! As a fellow Yorkshire man, it warms my heart to see and hear of local boys doing good. Keep up the great work in this years title and have a great race on Sunday. ........... Podium time ???

I really cant see Sete doing anything on this bike. He might be in good shape, but he was only ever second best, even at his best. As for Marco, get rid, replace with Troy Bayliss. Even if Troy only completed in 50% of the remaining Super's races, he would win!

Fantastic new for Ben and for MotoGP. I think Ben will place @ 8th / 9th or 10th. With any luck the weather will stay dry and he will beat Chris Ver and also Hoppkins. Very happy with this news.

FGSport stands by '600GP' statement.
2 agree.
I really dont understand this whole 600cc bit. The big Jap 4 / KTM and a few other's all make 450cc singles for their off road bikes. Why dont the use them. At certain tracks I can see a 600 lapping faster then an 800. We have already seen it this year, with the 800's going better then 990's. Single 450cc 4 strokes. That would be one hell of championship!
