@Matthew Henry- The fact that Spies crashes were unforced means that Haga is beating him fair and square- Spies hardly ever crashed in AMA, he must be right on the limit to compete. Haga s crash today was due to extraneous circumstance.

Not saying anything against Spies, fair play to him for raising his game.

Fair play to Pedrosa, if he hadn't took good positions behind Stoner in the last few races he wouldn't be in a position to capitalize on Stoner's mistake this time. Called making your own luck. Feel a bit sorry for Stoner, lol.

Carbon discs (vs steel) are lighter, more expensive, don't work well when cold but are less susceptible to brake fade from overheating. How do all the other formulas cope with the brake fade of steel discs? By braking earlier of course. Would steel brake discs result in more overtaking under braking? Probably.

Casey's powerslides were pretty awesome. Solid ride from Rossi- maybe he could have tried harder, who knows. Melandri was entertaining as well. Lorenzo's podium or crash tactic isn't working out

For sure Dani is always competitive but there has to be a reason why he hasn't signed yet- he must still be in the bargaining process. Headlines like this won't hurt his bargaining power. Dani is not stupid. Edit- Strange everyone's opinion of Puig, I don't think he hurt Stoner's career.
