MotoGP » Rossi: Stoner, Lorenzo ahead but podium possible

I would love to see Vale on the podium if he earns the spot. The problem is that standing in the third place spot means he will be eye level with Casey/Jorge standing on the top spot. Should be some classic body language to watch!! I don't care who ends on the podium as long as there could be some "Jibes" in the post race interviews. Could be a true spectacle. The phOEnix may have risen.....

Dacron, I know he returned on a satalite Duke but his ability to claim a factory ride had gone and he was just entertaining his own ego on return, the lucky bloke. BigLee, I'm sure it was a collarbone/shoulder injury that was aggro'd in the Casey get together. Was it from his flip 'n slide with Loris' bottom or his previous shoulder injury caused at Jerez? I was led to believe it was Jerez.. Sorry for mistake.

@BigLee. Casey's first year on the Lcr did claim him a pole in his stats. His only reason for the pole was that the Qualifying tyres were handed out to all who raced. They were the same spec. The RACE tyres were a different matter. The Supermen got the overnight specials and then the next best 'uns got the std spec tyre with a choice of hard or soft. The compounds that ALL the top ten boys rejected were then left for the shoestring teams to have. I do agree that Sete's career at Ducati was ended by the bloke who nicked his seat but if I remember rightly(Insults expected if I'm wrong! :) it was the Jerez 2003 shoulder that got busted up a bit more and Sete's wife was bleating for him to stop racing.

@Biglee. I think Casey wasn't in the 1000cc races and thefore couldn't have won any of them! The bike you hope the Ducati is going to be will be rolling out next season but with a Honda and Yamaha badge on it. You have to give Ducati some credit as surely their weapon is the fast one in a straight line out of Yam, Honda and Ducati? Ps I will laugh if the Ducati "Breaks" first and better than the others too. The last bit is lighthearted humour as I know you meant "Brakes" and not "breaks"!

@Lc, come on bloke. Even you should realise what this is from HrC. HrC have had a grudge to settle with Vale since 2004. They have the Bike(RcV) rider(Stoner) and father time on their side now. They have realised that Casey and Jorge are better riders or at worse equal to Vale. They will spout this stuff as a return to Vale for his actions at the end of his HrC contract. The Japanese don't take anything that is defeat as anything other than personal. Has Casey got as many Champ belts as Vale? No. Is there still a chance he could? Yes. Going by the current test times and performance on the Duke (I will still refer to it as a Duke and not Duc) then Casey should still be winner over Vale and thats what HrC are counting on.

MotoGP » Valentino Rossi has metalwork removed

All I want to say is "Hope you do get well soon". I really mean it too. I don't want anything other than fully fit Ego warriors dicing for MY entertainment. They (the riders) get paid to entertain us while living the dream with it all balancing on the razors edge. I want to see the fully fit(Physical in ability NOT as some sort of mark outta 10 in looks etc!!) front boys proving in a "He man Stylee" why we bother to watch the performing Monkeys.
