Funny if this is true. Imagine all drivers joining McLaren over time come out with the same story.

Australian Grand Prix - Friday free practice (combined)

I see few of us are surprised that the cars that are in front are the socalled illegal diffuser cars which FIA decided they are legal.

Ecclestone: 26 cars on F1 starting grid in 2010
4 agree.
7 disagree.
rich ard I am afraid I have to disagree with you this time and with many other posters for that matter. I don't argue on your statement "incredible arrogance" as I feel anyone can express what he feels of Bernie but I will on the issue of the driver winning most races: I was told since I was a toddler to win you have to finish first, second and beyond do not count. I still live with that motto and I believe in "a forced upon us politically correct world" we have to entertain what today has become a Standard of Mediocrity. By the way trophies aren't a form of recognition so what is wrong with medals, another form of recognition. I think the rules were introduced late but so what..

Brundle: Don't punish F1 drivers for 'having a go'
2 disagree.
Wow! This Ferrari-phobia... some of you posters are really .... it is difficult to find an adjective to describe you. I wonder if by the end of the season no Ferrari driver wins, if the rules will be ok. I always think being first matters most second and beyond either is mediocrity or a kick in the you know where to do better to be first next time. And as of last year is last year, Hamilton won and just extrapolating this year's system to the results of last year will make no difference, just only show that we have nothing else to write.....

Most wins to decide 2009 F1 World Championship
5 agree.
8 disagree.
....yes last year's last race result. The only excitement of that race was supplied by Vettel/Glock surprise positioning in the grid towards the last couple of laps. The real excitement would have been Massa and Hamilton fighting to end to be 1st on finish. But why do we care, being 5th can achieve the same result, this is mediocrity and it is cripping in today's life. No second and third can beat first in my eyes.

What a mediocre bunch of comments those against the rule. Let us check those comments of the guys that will not watch F1 again. Thank you I am pleased so when we comment on some issue we have people that are watching the F1, otherwise how can one comment. Those "fans" that claim to be so, being fans of a sport means following it down and up without running it down continually as some of you do. There are few other words that can describe the status better than the word "fans", but I don't engage in them since I left elementary school. As for last year's last race result that some analyse to hammer Ferrari....

Bourdais admits F1 nearly lost him to USA
1 agrees.
2 disagree.
Pity... imagine we will have to put up to comments of how good he is and whatever... the Nascar people must be very lucky. Hannah Jan thinks your "gender" does not qualify you to comment on anything going in F1, poor guy he did not realize the world has changed... and we do not confine ladies in the pen as he tends to do....

Ferrari: There may be trouble ahead
2 agree.
James I hope you are not a Briton, your post borders to treason and you know how touchy people are. On the other hand you are so right. Imagine Ferrari is there since the beginning, have garnered practically all the records and most important when they were down really down they did not abandon F1. That shows sportmanship and character. Something missing in many teams in the pits.

‘All banks will disappear’ from F1, reckons Surer
Assuming the banks are in a lot of trouble still F1 id the only platform where your name is exposed to millions that count in the world. It will be difficult for any executive to say get out without considering the exposure he will buy with the same bucks and the target audience. All said when the banks stop the creative accounting to show profits or losses as they wish we will have the true picture of the financial disasters we are told we are facing by the politicians. Without getting political when these guys and ladies told us the truth?

USF1 boss admits to Danica interest.
Well are we not MCPs... what is wrong with a woman in F1, if we consider all the sissys driving in F1 and complaining about being cut at the exit of the pitstops or pushed at the corners and whatever else are we so sure that a woman is any worse than them. I don't think so. Plus she packs a good Irish temper and if I am remembering right she had also an altercation with one "man driver" which nearly ended in punches. As for Yankie, now in Europe enjoying the culture and whatever, I say you missed your chance you should have moved a couple of centuries ago to Europe. I see nothing that will describe your exuberance in today's Europe, including those little islands northwest.
