Since you asked Bob… Stonner was on Michelins in 2006, when did he helped develop Brigestones? He simply inherited them into last years' Championship. There you go, it was easy!

What about the “shoulder pushing” move from Stoner just one turn before? Didn’t anybody see it? Why did Stoner not complain about that one? Into subject, 5 wins (2006 Phillip Island, 2006 Le Mans, 2006 Istanbul, 2005 Ricardo Tormo, 2005 Istanbul) 19 Podiums (2 with Tech 3 Yamaha, the rest with Movistar, Fortuna or Gresini Hondas) best result as a rookie in 2003 was fifth (2003 Motegi). Maybe Melandri needs a “easier to ride” ride, so was the general opinion about Hondas when most riders wanted them and his best results. Maybe Hayden adapts better to Ducati, so Dovisioso to Repsol and Melandri back with satellite Honda would maybe help.

I´m really only bashing Honda who has been kind of lost, just that it is they on the official bikes.

..."6 years and only 3 wins, you cannot call that bad luck, its beyond a joke Posted by Prolific - Unregistered (7 hours ago)"... Much the same as Pedrosa, only the other way around, 3 years and only 6 wins, both at the top of the spending team development in MotoGP. A total for Honda of 23 wins since Rossi left them in 2004, when he has 33 wins in the same period, and 66 so far in MotoGP.

…“Don't you suspect that deep inside he [JB] must have sympathy for his countryman [CS]”… I do not think so, simply put then Livio Supo (Italian) would also feel the same… Don't you suspect that deep inside he [LS] must have sympathy for his countryman [VR]? On the other hand ‘Constructors’ [Ducati] or [Honda, Susuki, Kawasaki] towards their fellow citizens? Alternatively ‘tyres’ [Brigestone, Michelin] towards their countrymen? Would not be very professional, would it? In addition, where would [CS] be with all that sympathy towards others compatriots? :?
