Could you quote where he has ever said that please? No driver wants to be compared to any former/great driver - they want to be remembered for what they do THEMSELVES(!). I think listening to Hamilton Bashers (most of the above) is rather amusing... Surely a '*****-confidence' is something almost required of someone who's going to reach that top step of the podium & win Drivers Championships? As for ego - is he not allowed to try & out-phych the other drivers? Maxz - yes, he may have had 5 penalties in the last 13 races but he's STILL leading the championship. I have no issues with Massa what-so-ever, but (based on what's happened so far this year), if he wins the championship does anyone really think he deserves it? Personally I don't.... Oh, and it's still predicted for rain this weekend. Go Lewis - it'll be a walk in the park. :o)

I just checked the weather again for Monza this weekend - still supposed to be VERY WET(!). Let's see the 'rain-master' come out to play, and start placing bets on how many times Ferrari's spin (7 times at Silverstone). Let's also see how the FIA try & get away with demoting Hamilton after thrashing the rest of the field... Just a shame I'll be at a 'proper race' - 1000km Le Mans series at Silverstone. :o)

Agree with you there trebor901 - they need to use the GP circuit - I was there for the first DTM race a few years back, to be honest it was rather processional - they really need the full circuit to stretch their legs! Have to say JP has done an superb job of bringing DTM to the UK & bringing Brands Hatch back up to scratch after the debarcle under the last ownership. Don't rest on the laurels - keep it up!!
