With 8 WC's Rossi aint just one rider at the and of the day......

He is a living legend and it will take years before there will be a rider that comes near Rossi, if any will come..........

Stoner fell at turn two of the Losail International Circuit shortly after recording his mercurial time.... So Stoner is riding on the edge and falls again. It will be 2008 all over again for Stoner. 100% Rossi is sandbagging and doesn't take extra risk to stand at the top of the timesheet. He doens't want to do a Pedrosa.

Same old, same old. Stoner fast and Rossi does a sandbag. Let's see the first race and then we know what speed everybody has. At this moment they are 2 seconds off-pace and if you remember Sepang they must be gaining another second so there 3 seconds off pace. So these times say nothing at all except that we know it's gonna be the Rossi Stoner show all over again in 2009.

Syklone, Don't forget that Spies was only 1 tenth slower on a new bike, new rubber and new circuit (Portimao)in 1 day than Haga over a whole weekend. Testing an racing are two different things but i have alot of faith in Spies :) It's gonna be crazy sunday...i'm looking forward to the start of the season.

A F1 car is much faster then a MotoGP bike. Corner speed is much higher, brake much later only accelaration would be close i think. Sepang: Best lap time: J. Montoya - 1'34''223 Best lap time: V. Rossi - 2'02''249 Rest my case.

According to motoblog.it, Monster (energy drink, sponsor of Hopkins) will sponsor Rossi in 2009....... Monster will pay 2,5 million euro's + another 0,5 million if Rossi takes the title.... So there will be green on the grid in 2009 :p

Aspar will pay lots of money to ride with Kawasaki so Kawasaki can still develop their bike but Apsar is paying for it. If it goes wrong Kawasaki can blaim Aspar.... Just my thought.....
