With 8 WC's Rossi aint just one rider at the and of the day......

He is a living legend and it will take years before there will be a rider that comes near Rossi, if any will come..........

I have a nice 1. Ferrari belongs to Fiat and Fiat is sponsering Yamaha...what has Ferrari to do with Ducati....only the colors, nothing more....... If Marlboro pull the plug tomorrow i think Ducati has a problem to find another big sponser wich pays as much as Marlboro.

I read on a dutch site that there will be a race between Rossi and Bayliss in 2009 according to Solo Moto (spanish motor magazine) 14 of March on Losail circuit, second race of the Superbikes. Rossi on a R1 and Bayliss on the Duc.... Would be cool but don't know if it's true... Where smoke is, is fire!

Go Spies :) So, new team, new circuit, new bike, new tires, slight jet lag, and a soft motor spec = 2nd place for Spies. He is just beginning.........

I agree Slideways151. Spies is a very talented rider on a new machine and a new track, very impressive. He will be in contension for the title in 2009. And i think the R1 2009 is still work in progress. It's gonna be a cracker of a season :)

(Rossi fans can now 'disagree') Posted by Stevo - Unregistered (37 minutes ago) I did cause your story is crap, clearly you are not a Rossi fan (and you don't have 2 be btw) but tell me how Rossi makes racing boring and predictable? Laguna Seca, Misano, Brno, Montegi, China, Indianapolis, Le Mans Just a coupple of races where Rossi rode very hard to win and had to make several passes to get to the front. I think you mean somebody who rides a Ducati.
