MotoGP » Marc Marquez on the pace in first MotoGP test

1.1off is identical to the first day Dani tested the RCV in 2005 and he missed the second day due to rain so from that MM is exactly as expected. Dani then went on to finish a close second in Jerez (although it may have been 3rd as Sete had a Gear lever fall off or something stupid). And he won 2 races and got umpteen podiums. Difference is back then the gap was to maybe 1-3 riders who would always win (Rossi,Capex,Melandri,..ahem Hayden) and Dani would not have been pushing for a lap time yesterday (he was 2 seconds of his own pole 3 days before) so 1.1 is hardly amazing. In comparison Stoner missed all pre-season in 2006 and he rolled up and was less than a second of pole in the first FP (Capex) and that was a very Satellite Honda. So far I would say MM has done ok, alot left to prove and he will have a Jorge year IMHOP?

MotoGP » Pedrosa: After Marquez, I thought I should do something similar!

@ Kim Baby Wow deluded, Lets look at some facts. Dani BEAT stoner Fair and square this year at Sachsenring and stoner Fell off trying to keep up ( no injury at all and Jorge was no-where). Dani has not finished behind Jorge since Laguna, After falling off chasing him Stoner Managed 8th at Mugello. In Qatar (Casey Track) dani beat him there and again at Catlunya. And all you fans are telling me that Jorge was (playing it safe from the 9th round??? come on). Dani started from Pit lane (with an even more impressive display that Marquez) and still caught Jorge (who was free from any limits his words) hand over fist and then fell off! He knew Dani had him and where was Stoner back from his sabitical! IF Stoner and Jorge were both impressed (stoner even calling it better than Marquez) by Dani I think they have a better idea of his talent level. Next Year if the Honda is as good as it was from Indy then Dani Could finally get the Hat trick of WC in the classes he deserves, and he ends 2012

WSBK » Max Biaggi announces retirement

I feel Split in the one Hand SAD to not be able to watch a true Legend and hero since I was a kid. Watching him on the 250's inspired me to ride a bike, I still now admire his Graceful effortless style as he looks like he is just gliding around yet breaking lap records. But on the other Hand happy that he has retired on the top of his game, WC (6 times) in 2 classes and the only guy to win on his big boy debut in Both GP's and WSBK. Ciao Max! thanks for the years and memories! A True Motorcycle Great and Legend!!

MotoGP » Pedrosa: I want to make this weekend special

Dani has outrode Jorge and Stoner this year. Sachsenring was a clear point when Stoner fell trying to beat him and failed. Jorge was 'Gifted' second by the Officials at Sepang (where it all could have fallen to Dani). And Dani showed true fighting grit (Something Jorge has lost this year) trying to push past & away from Jorge and Stoner at 'Stoners' Track to win. I think we will see a battle between the Repsol boys this weekend and Jorge will be 'Playing it safe' again prior to his 2013 test!!! Or some other excuse as to why he could not mount a challenge. I hope dani cements this year by winning again and ending 2012 as the most successful (Wins) rider of this year!! It is the least he desrves

MotoGP » Ben Spies out of Australian MotoGP?

Gotta say Bens year has been sooooo bad and sooooo dismal, that I would go as far as to say he has been the biggest disappointment EVER in the top class!! I know some has been technical and what not but I cannot remember another time a factory rider as had no poles and no podiums (even sete and his dismal bad luck year in 06 managed a stupendous Mugello Podium) and some great races, Ben has been all at sea all year. I think getting away from Yamaha and starting with no pressure next year at Ducati is for sure his last chance but it could be just what he needs!! Good luck ben you are gonna need it if 2012 is anything to go by!! Get well soon!!

MotoGP » Pedrosa: It's a pity no-one else can match us

Any one saying that dani is winning because Lorenzo is "HAppy" with second is deluded. Jorge looked gutted yesterday to not win, he cannot beat Dani and this is more like it used to be in 250's. Dani is just like he used to be, the only issue is as dani has said Jorge CAN keep coming second and he will win, in the process Dani will have the most wins in the season and still not be WC. I hope that Jorge has a bad race (4-5th) so that we get to valencia with whoever wins, wins the WC. GO DANI you are head and Shoulders above this year!!

MotoGP » Two months to MotoGP

So all the haters on here (unregistered nearly all) are you prepared to apologise and come back on here say so if Brad manages to have a season like Bradl, and If he gets a podium or a front row start next year you will all bow down and kiss his @ss on here?!? As you are all so confident put your name too it? And nationality?? Facts are where is his team mate on the SAME bike? I think alot of people said how fast he was at silverstone last year from 28th to 2nd. Hell at Brno he set the 5th fastest lap (just behing MM who won it), his team mate's fasted lap was over half a second slower!! Where was redding till he changed bikes? PPL talk way before they think and they know even less, I am sure Herve knows whats what..just look at the riders he has through the Tech 3 team?! He is no mug!

MotoGP » Lorenzo: Dani and I tried everything to win

Lorenzo is a more complete racer than Pedrosa. A win like today by Dani DOES NOT change that fact. Anyone arguing that HAS JUST started watching Motogp. Posted by The Coffin - Unregistered (11 hours ago) Wa Ha Ha!!! So say the (obvious) blind Lorenzo fan who has just started watching Moto GP. Never seen Dani in his 125,250 days and early GP days (990's). Dani has had more battles (head to head) than jorge, the move Jorge made was simply able due to the bike he rides, as has been said they rode to their bikes advantages. Dani corner entry and mid corner was nothing on Jorge's but dani sat the bike up and fired out far earlier than Jorge, power or not his exit speed was superior as his technique was, take it for what it was, A great last lap, between 2 great riders and Dani was the better and braver on the Day (Jorge's own words!!) Superb!!
