MotoGP » Casey Stoner: Why I'm leaving MotoGP

I am very sad that the stupid immature fans have rediculed such a talented and amazinf rider like stoner and Dorna have killed what was once a great sport. With the loss of Stoner we lose what could have been the creation of the true, undeniable GOAT and I bet with the looming CRT rules we may see more follow suit!! All the best Stoner to a true talent I hope you succeed (as I am sure you will) in your next challenge and you get the praise you so richly deserve!!

MotoGP » Casey Stoner: Why I'm leaving MotoGP

What has never been in question since 2007 is the fact that Stoner IS the fastest rider on the grid and most likely the fastest Motorcycle Racer EVER, He sometimes has come across in the wrong way, said the wrong thing but I have always loved to watch his pure talent shine and been amazed at the feats he can achieve (Out lap BAM fastest Lap). It is a sad,sad day when the pure sport we all love is watered down to a shadow of itself and we lose such an important and vital talent from the grid and I TV screens. Stoner has received way more harsh critiscm than any other rider and 99% has been unjust and untrue from a point of jealousy and sorry to say mostly Man U type Rossi fans (Yellow Brigrade), the same was true of sete as he was a threat to Rossi's crown and Stoner was not only a threat he took it and shoved it up his rear!! This only became more viral when Rossi fell on his face and @ss last year riding a bike him and JB could sort in that famous 80 seconds. I am very sad that the s

MotoGP » Ben Spies apologises after ‘pathetic’ race

I have been shot down many time before for questioning the IDOL view of spies. An Amazing racer and rider and I said after Qatar too early to call yet but this weekend was even worse but alot can change before this becomes a JT second year (and we all know where that ended) what ever the reason ( I think it is the Tyres myself more than anything else) he needs to get his head right and push harder, maybe seeing Jorge's Data and admiring Stoner's skill too much as made him ask if he can?? I don't know but I hope he finds his Mojo soon as we need more action at the front!!

MotoGP » Pedrosa spooked by smaller class crashes

Dani seems far more commited this year to the WC and not the overal WIN's. He has not done a full season in GP (bar his first in 06) without starting/ending or midway through getting a serious injury. Yesterday the conditions were all over the place the amazing Moto3 and sublime Moto 2 races showed the track was very, iffy at the last turn and turn 9 that was holding water. Out in the front he did not want to be the Pioneer who then get shot with arrows and injures himself. he played a cautious game and got a 3rd better that then falling off no points and injuring himself again. The WC is long and 9 points is nothing with 16 races to go. I am sure he is mad he did not push but he looks far wiser and focused this year (I am sure Stoner has helped focus him) Go Dani for the WC it is about time and well deserved. How fast was Cal though!! He could (dare i say it) get a podium or two this year (No doubt with one eye on spies factory bike for next year!!)

MotoGP » Qatar MotoGP rider times: 800cc v 1000cc

Overal race pace does not tell that much really. More telling is the fastest race lap which was Stoner last year and again this year only last year he was faster 0.2 1'55.366 vs 1'55.541 but other than him (and Cal) everyone was slower by alot this year. Cal set the 2nd fastest lap of the race on Sunday, 1'55.984 which would have put him 7th last year (infront of rossi) Danni was .6 slower Jorge .35 spies was 1.1 slower this year than last, Dovi .4 slower. Tyres are most likely the biggest diff here more so than the bike's (except rossi's!!)

WSBK » Kawasaki issues latest Joan Lascorz update

He is being sedated as the T6 vertebrae controls the lungs/respiratory system and the risk of excess movement danger it is better to have full lung capacity as he will struggle to raise and lower is diaphram (neccesary when breathing). The sad truth is this is a very, very bad injury and only time will tell how bad this could turn out to be, I wish him a fast and full recovery and am saddened again that we seem to be getting hit with alot of tragedies in paddocks at the moment. una pronta recuperacion, Joan nuestra amigo!!

MotoGP » Chatter behind Ben Spies Qatar MotoGP misery

Oh man... this is getting heated already..over in Rossi land he is being begged to retire (to late for that) and here we are saying ben is losing his seat to Bradley,Bradl, my nan after one weekend.. Ben had a 100% Duff weekend no doubt, he knows it, the team knows it and he he has to pick himself up which I am sure he will. If by le-mans he has not podiumed then it will be looking bad, for now he has 1 bad round (everyone has one a year) (albeit not this bad but new regs). lets see how he goes at jerez before writing his epitaph!!
