MotoGP » Crutchlow 're-tyres' from Rossi battle

@RawDawg Not sure what JT jas to do with ANYTHING i said..BUT JT was a victim of overhype as PP916 said and in the end crumbled for various reasons in his second year (The crew Chief gate was still the biggest Fup ever!) and was quickley shipped out. Now ben came in as a Yamaha employee NOT tech 3 and got his season off to a smilar start to JT until Silverstone when he got a superb podium and again at Indy, he ran near the front and had a good season. This year he was doing pretty bad until this weekend even yourself agreed with that, he has turned it around but due to the hype by fans (or baiters) media and others his expectations are higher, nothing to do with JT. BS is no rookie and he is in a full factory team, Assen is where he needs to be acouple more times this year to break into the group. Few would argue marco is faster but he cannot seem to stay on the bike, Lets keep JT out and keep all references between Marco and Ben as they are in fair seats to compare!!

MotoGP » Crutchlow 're-tyres' from Rossi battle

Well said PP916 and it is exactly was I was going to say. Ben Pitted last year and stayed in, Cal (with big injuries) pitted and then went back out and tried for himself and the team. THAT is the difference BEN also made the comment about top ten is not worth it, and with all the HYPE (the next Kevin Schwantz) he will wipe the floor with lorenzo etc etc this is why ben has had higher expectations and rightly so. Fans of ben cannot name him the next mesiah and then bemoan the fact he gets blated with a lack lustre show this year (till a text book win on saturday). Ben rode superbly and made the most of bone head marco 6th Fup and took a great win, cal showed he can battle at the front and maybe, just maybe see a podium this year!! Well done Cal! Hell he has even changed his attitude alittle!!

MotoGP » Pedrosa casts doubt on Assen return

I think there must be some truth in the injury being added to by other factors!!! But as for the Stoner conspiracy!! Lets not forget that at Estoril Dani schooled Stoner with a controled run of race-craft so I don not think dani fears Stoner on the same bike..hell he is the only guy able to challenge stoner on that Honda (Simo could if he stays on). Also for the Colin did it in a week, do not forget that only 3 weeks prior dani had just got over his right Collerbone/nerve thing (which was still healing) and now the other, maybe the doctors have said if you fall again you could do permenant damage!! I wish him a speedy recovery as without him everyone else is just fighting for second!!

MotoGP » British MotoGP, Silverstone - Race results

Edwards is a hero amongst men!! I bet Herve thought Bradley had fixed his weekend but then Colin goes and gets 3rd..amazing a serious bow is needed AND all with a 7 day old Collerbone break and Muscle seperated from his ribcage (he looked abit uncomfy in the interview). Stoner class ride again, Dovi very level headed and HOW GOOD on the brakes..unlucky for Jlo and Spies those conditions can catch anyone out...Gutted for Simo, really want him to podium/win soon but it does just seem like a matter of time with him.. Rossi 6th and 4th in the WC talk about silent assasin.. he is having a bad season and YET is within touching distance of 2nd place!!! WTF!!

MotoGP » Moto2: Bradl takes Silverstone win, Smith second

Bradley Smith was outstanding yesterday, easily the ride of the weekend (Pasini would have got it had he stayed on) making up 26 places in those conditions was stupendous, the kid is a real talent for sure and a quick learner since he had never ridden a 4-stroke bike 8-9 months ago and now he stands on a podium. As for the dumb@ss (prob yank) comment shown up above how does the humble pie taste boyo!! as you are eating a hefty chunk now my friend!!! FAIL!!

WSBK » Toseland 'ruled out of Misano, Aragon'

sorry to say this ...BUT... and i Hope i am wrong...BUT... This injury could end JT's career in motorcycle racing (and not help his piano). Good advice to take to sit out.. but with his fall from grace how long can he sit out (injury or not) before teams will not take a chance on him (big teams I mean). I Wish him a speedy recovery and hope everything is sorted for brno!!

WSBK » Vermeulen to miss Miller

Sorry to say this about any rider, even Vermeulen but I think the writing is well and truly on the wall here!! That injury of Chris's looks to be a career ender for sure, nearly 2 full seasons out is a long time and one can only guess that the Cost of contract is the reason this is going on, Expect a Olivia Jaque announcement soon as Kawasaki test rider!! Sorry Chris great, great rider just unlucky!!

MotoGP » Lorenzo waiting on Yamaha

@KTM Sorry man you are blinkered if you think he is not Underperfoming HE IS, Rawdawg agrees, And my point last year if you look he went into the pits and said "no point finishing outside the top ten" he crashed at Le-man and did not try to re-mount just gave up. Where as Cal binned it also at Estoril (as did Ben) but ran to the bike remounted and still finished 6th (and he was also on course for a podium). Ben is in his second year and on Full Factory bike the same as Jorge. At this point last Year Fiat Yam were 1 and 3 this year they are 1 and 12th with ben on the same points 20 as last year, do you think Yamaha will think he has performed? @Rawdawg That is my point with the cube, it had the power but not useable, If Yam just give Jorge more power no good if it cannot be used!

MotoGP » Stoner: My thoughts are with Dani

"the 2007 Duke was made for him" Don't twist your own words....they are there in black and white for all the world to see. Posted by BLOAT46 - Unregistered (2 days ago) Woah seriously man drop the Man love for stoner and the clouded view. I have said on many occasions that Stoner is the fastest man in GP and I even grew to like him but this year he has reverted alittle to the "A-Typical" chip on shoulder aussie (if we sheep-shagging-english can say that!!) so this grates me alittle...however that all said my point was not to question Stoner or his speed but that his WC bike was not based on his feedback i.e. Stoner may have a style that only he can use, or ride around, On a good bike he is great, on a Great bike (2007) he is unbeatable. Is that clear enough?
