Anyone that believes a Satelitte team is running the same engine as the Factory team (more so if it is rossi) is deluded!!! I would probably guess that Rossi has a slightly differant spec to Jorge. If anyone watched the racing at all u cud see that JT took a 'Superbike' line round the last turn on2 the home straight which gave him a better drive. The other guys used more corner speed but got a slightly slower drive out, with this in mind Jorge and Rossi were still faster than JT so there engine would have slightly more torque. And dovi is a fool - the only 'dangerous' move was him pushing JT wide that cost him a chance of 4th. But JT saw this as it was and just a racing move hence no moan

Hugh - Not really a fair comparison as rossi's teammate was Edwards who has never won a race. And the in the 2 years previous the Sat yams were running on Dunlop's.. even rossi would not have won on those!!. We will see how next year goes but the loss of qualifying tyres i think is the only really good thing to come out of this mono tyre rule.

He is a good rider, but he will struggle in WSBK for sure, He won't be used to finishing of the podium let alone wining so it is how he will handle the 'Learning' time that will see how competative he will be. Fair play for giving it a go though Mladin was scared to go! at least spies will put his money where his mouth is!! I wish him well, next year WSBk could be more exciting than MotoGP AGAIN!!

That will be a good team!! Corser will develop the bike''s handling and engine whilst Xaus will test how well it bounces!! . No should be good and it will be good to see if Xaus can string a season togetheir after his best one in 03 that was just shy of the title to his team mate Hodgson. Also little error in the story Crash "Corser is the only rider to win the WSBK crown with both twin (1996 and four cylinder (2005) machinery" er... last time I checked JT won it on a twin in 04 and a four in 07..hmmmm double check the story before commiting it!! But well done to them as this was the first place i read that corser was going to BMW so they must have some good contacts!!

This is a 24hr dedicated help service to all the people who only support the number 1 in any sector. It will teach you about things like 'Racing' and that ther are 16 other riders on the track. It also has self help groups that will ease you out of your love of watching only one man ride around a track, whilst wearing bright yellow t-shirts and silly wigs/hats. The first step is admiting your problem, the next is to get a clue!!

Haga is not consistant (07 was the only year in recent memory he was), The guy is great to watch and real racer but only on his day. If he has a problem or whatever he will either bin in or just not push. Donington this year was a very unprofessional show all round and the fine from race control was not enough as he put others riders in danger which was a real stupid thing to do from such an experianced guy. Great to watch and I like him, but he will need to revert to his 07 form to stand a chance, this year he has been the usual Haga 1st one week DNF the next!

He got second in the first race and would have probably repeated that in the second race. If that is old and tired the rest of the grid needs to be shot then!!

Top result, he will be a force next year on that aprilia and back with the factory that started him off. They know how to make a race bike that is for sure!! Should be a classic season next year. Go Max.. hopefully for the title

No Saran i was making a joke on ur name as u did on mine in your post quote "Darkaknight and me had a bet" And I fail to see ur point as i said u won the bet JL beat JT, but that does not prove in the scheme of the world that JT is crap & does not deserve to be in GP's what is your problem with him? Did he beat u as a child? JT is new to this, his first year some people take time to learn some are fast straight away, JL has more experiance with set-up etc, these are not excuses these are reason for some lower result's on some tracks. At phillip island he will be better 4 sure, Dovi has been beaten twice on home soil by the 'crappy' SBK champ, yeah your right truth hurts!!
