Piquet is possibly the least deserving of a good drive of all those in F1 at the moment. Let's just hope that those at Torro Rosso give Bourdais another chance because he had more bad luck than most in 2008 - like the ridiculous stewards penalty in Japan for example

No Ben Edwards either, which can only be a good thing. Mr Hysterical has spoilt many an a1GP race for me.

Not bad apart from the bland Jake Humphrey and the hopeless Lee McKenzie, although at least it's not an Ecclestone girl which was one of my worries. I must be honest when I was watching the Olympics I was wondering who that Humphrey guy was as it was exceedlingly disinteresting, but then the BBC does seem to specialise in dull presenters, Hazel Irvine being at the top of that list. Hopefully none of these will utter anything like the nonsense that James Allen did yesterday when he said 'If I was the boss of Toyota I'd be wanting...' but James you're not the boss of Toyota, you've never worked in a motorsport team in your life, you're JUST A COMMENTATOR... :?

I think that I agree that there is no conspiracy, but as others have said 'he would say that wouldn't he'? But that's not the point, the point is that the 3 race stewards were completely incompetent and if as Mclaren have repeatedly said 'Charlie Whiting thought it was ok and if he hadn't we would have ordered Lewis to let him re-pass' then that surely should be the end of the matter. I bet that Charlie is as embarassed as anyone to be honest because he's a good bloke.
