Well done Rossi.. Another great title in another great season. Thank you and well done..I really thought that it would be hard to top last year performance but at the end of the day you overcame your very skilled and hard charging rivals to prove you still have what it takes to be number one. As for the race, Stoner has to be the rain master for this year, unstoppable in his performance and more congrates for scoring back to back wins. Pedrosa was great too..proving he can hack it in the rain. Lorenzo..it was a step too far this year but all the same a great rider. Think we were robbed of a close battle because of the rain but still nail biting stuff. Next year I'm hoping for a 10th title for Valentino and then retirement after breaking another Ago records..

Spies is a amazing superbike rider, but so is Toseland. You can't argue with two WSB titles. Toseland isn't the first, nor will he be the last, superbike winner to discover that taking that success to Moto GP is damned near impossible. Look at Colin Edwards. He partnered Rossi in arguably the top factory team over several seasons and didn't score one single victory. Anyone saying that Spies is sure to be succesful simply because he cleans up in superbikes doesn't know this sport very well. I wish him well though, He's a great rider and a nice guy to boot. Edwards has been consistently scored good points this season so the Tech 3 bike makes it look. And for all the hype about Spies, I think Edwards will school him next season. Ben Spies did a good wildcard ride in MotoGP but Simoncelli's debut ride in WSB was way better. Simoncelli will be the one to watch next season, better yet if Gresini allocate their factory bike to him.
