MotoGP » MotoGP Japan - Race Results

That race was so intense, my nerves are completely shot! After the first couple of laps I thought Lorenzo was gone and the lead would come down to 9 points then Pedrosa came past and it looked like it would come down to 5 points, luckily Rossi passed Lorenzo and it's now 18 points. Half way through the race I thought the championship was slipping away but with 3 races to go all Rossi needs to do is finish second and he's champion. Got to say, it's brilliant to see Dani Pedrosa win again, he deserved that fully after the year he's had, can he win more? 3 races to go the championship for Rossi seems so close but yet, so far!

MotoGP » Rossi: This is so important for title

I too was very worried when Lorenzo was ahead and even more worried when Pedrosa came past. I know Rossi only has an 18 point advantage but it's better than the 5 points it could have been. If Rossi can repeat last year at Phillip Island at win the race, if he can the championship will be more of a reality. For the 3 races he needs to be on pace with Lorenzo As I've said today Rossi's 10th title is so close but yet so far.

MotoGP » Rossi: We can fight with Jorge

Well done Rossi, I never expected you to be so close to Lorenzo and to be within 0.1 of Lorenzo and going wide at two corners is brilliant. Come on Valentino get ahead of Lorenzo tomorrow and extend that championship lead, don't let him get away. If Rossi can win tomorrow it'll be a huge boost for his championship chances.
