F1 » Bahrain Grand Prix 2013: Podium will come, says di Resta

Great drive today by Paul di Resta, he has hugely impressed me this weekend, he has shown speed and maturity. I was absolutely gutted for him that he didn't get on the podium today but I think today that he showed the potential to be a front running Formula 1 driver. Hope he keeps up this form for the rest of the season and his podium will come, in my opinion he was one of the best drivers of the day.

F1 » McLaren, Sauber believe tyres to blame for 2013 woes

I'm completely tired if the moaning on here! When will you people EVER be happy? For years and years you all complained (myself included) that Formula 1 was too boring, that the races didn't produce enough overtaking. Now that we're getting lots of overtaking you people still aren't happy, I for one hope it stays the same for many years to come. Sitting down on a Sunday and not knowing who the winner will be is much more appealing than watching a Schumacher, Alonso or Vettel run off into the distance.

F1 » Button not ruling out title bid

WHAT A NEGATIVE BUNCH EVERYONE HERE IS! "Button doesn't have the raceday pace of Seb, Lulu, Ferdi & Kimi" that is complete rubbish he has the race day pace it's just the out right qualifying pace he lacks which he makes up for in the race. I'm a little sick of pointing this out but for people that actually want to make a valid argument against this go and look at Buttons consistency in race pace of the past few seasons. His race pace is fast and consistent while people like Hamilton and Vettel are quicker over a single lap their long runs (apart from this year) are never quite as quick over a long period of time over Buttons. I'm glad that Button is keeping his head up it's better than having someone like Hamilton being negative before the season and counting himself out the championship hunt, Button and McLaren will be back in the hunt for victories before mid-season.

F1 » Chinese Grand Prix 2013: Button gives McLaren a glimmer of hope

@Ben "underachiever" maybe where you come from an underachiever is a World Champion but where I'm from if you have a WC, 15 Grand Prix wins, 49 podiums, over 1,000 points scored in your Grand Prix career and beat a guy in the same team that is touted as the fastest driver in F1. I'm sorry but how can that be called an "UNDERACHIEVER"? I have been a fan of his since 2000, always like his attitude, humility etc... in Williams it was his first season at he finished 8th in the Championship. In Renault he beat Trulli, he also beat the 1997 WC in BAR in 2003 and how can you call him an "underachiever" when he took the fight to the dominant Ferrari's in 2004, if that Ferrari wasn't so dominant Button would have had a couple of wins that year. Maybe you set the bar far too high for what you expected from him but what he has done I have been pleased to witness and I'm glad that I'm still one of his few (true) fans that are left!

F1 » Chinese Grand Prix 2013: Button gives McLaren a glimmer of hope

Great drive by Button today and he drove brilliantly in Malaysia to. He is definitely a class above Perez and I still believe either Hulkenberg or di Resta should be in that car. If McLaren can sort out the car soon then maybe Jenson can give us one more challenger for stunning racing. The last two races I believe have shown to the people that doubt Button (more recent race fans of F1) that he can punch above his weight when the car isn't working well.
