MotoGP » How big is too big for MotoGP?

I agree there should be a min weight bike/ridrer rule it gives the taller riders a bit more of a chance. Just shows you how well Rossi is doing on that bike with 20litres of fuel and also Redding done on the Moto2 and Simoncelli done in the past. Tall riders can be quick but they are more likely to stress the tires a lot more as they need to make up the time lost on the acceleration and the straights.

MotoGP » Victorious Valentino Rossi 'at the best of my career'

He has had to change his style a lot this season to fight with Marquez and Lorenzo, if you compare his style to last year he hangs off the bike a lot more this year which he has had to do. I think it is a testament that at 35 he can change his style and fight and beat the next generation. If he rode today the way he rode 10 years ago he'd be further down the order. Times change and it's impressive that Rossi can adapt to these changing styles!

MotoGP » Vintage Rossi clinches emotional victory at Misano

What a great ride! Never thought I'd witness a Rossi win again but I'm absolutely ecstatic that he has done it. Will it be his last? who knows! Like Misano and the whole of Italy I'm going to go and celebrate his win and party. Can't say he lucked into that win because Marquez was pushing so hard that he crashed. Great to see that there was no booing for on the podium for 2nd place unlike Formula 1 that's why MotoGP has the best fans! Also great that he won at the track named after his friend Marco Simoncelli and first rider to achieve 5,000+ points. Great ride Vale what a vintage performance, love watching every second!
