F1 » David Tremayne: Lewis springs a surprise

To be fair to Bedpan, the Ferrari story was a little slow being published. The strategic manner in which Kimi was forced out of Ferrari so golden boy Ferdi could join was disgraceful. This is just the rumour mill in full flow. Back on topic, Mercedes have shown good pace all year, the obvious issue being those dastardly Pirellis. The hard work has paid off and I hope both Lewis and Nico can bring the team to the top - if not this year, next year for sure.

WSBK » WSBK boss responds to wet weather criticism

I wish people would stop placing blame. We should be using this tragic accident to look ahead at making the sport safer. I think it should be up to the organizers to decide if the race is safe to start in the future not the riders. Nobody wants to be the one who wants to call off the race. The riders at the front all want to race for crucial points and everybody else follows suit - It's the bystander effect. As Andrea's father said. He thought he was in for a better chance of winning in the wet, so Andrea was not going to protest the race start due to bad weather. Somebody neutral like a race official in the safety car should call it.
