MotoGP » Lorenzo: Spies relationship will be easier than Rossi

"(Spies) will likely not pose too great a threat to the former double 250cc World Champion, initially at least." Keep saying that to yourself Russell and eventually it will become true. It's some what of a minor miracle imho that Spies was able to accomplish what he was able to this season on an a mostly undeveloped satellite bike. Pole Position? 2 Podiums? regularly beating factory riders? (I'm not even including Suzuki in that last statement). The exact same things were said before and during the initial stages of his WSBK debut. You'd think people wouldn't count him out by now but oh well...

MotoGP » Valencia MotoGP test times - Tuesday 5pm (end)

OMG CAL IS ONLY 14TH!!!! BEN SPIES IS 100X BETTER... CLEARLY THIS IS AN INDICATION THAT CAL IS GOING TO FAIL AT MOTOGP AND ALL OTHER AREAS OF LIFE IN GENERAL BEN SPIES IS 100000X BETTER... NOT ONLY SHOULD HE HAVE NEVER LEFT WSBK BUT HE SHOULD HAVE QUIT THAT TOO AND OPENED A LEMONAIDE STAND (WHICH WOULD ALSO HAVE BEEN A FAILURE) BEN SPEEZ IS 1000000000X BETTER... UNLESS HE IS TOP THREE WITHIN THE FIRST 6MINUTES OF TESTING HE'S CLEARLY GOING TO FAIL MISERABLY. BEN SPEEEEZ IS 1000000000000000X BETTTER... --------------------------------------------- Just a friendly reminder to all those who are chomping at the bit to post up stupid stuff that you no longer have too as I already have you covered. No need to thank me, it's what I do. Arc.

MotoGP » ‘Factory’ life awaits top rookie Ben Spies

I THINK ALL OF HIS SUCCESS IS DUE TO DUMB LUCK... JAMES T IS 100x BETTER... HE SUCKED A$$ IN WSBK AND HE SUCKED A$$ IN MOTOGP JAMES T IS 100000x BETTER... HE WAS OUTCLASSED BY ALL THE TRUE ROOKIES THIS YEAR... JAMES T IS 1000000x BETTER... ALL AMERICANS SUCK ASS JUST LIKE BENS PIES.... JAMES T IS 10000000000x BETTER... DID I MENTION THAT JAMES T IS 10000000000000000x BETTER??? Did i miss any of the tired cliches? I think I got pretty much all of them there. Wow now I feel intelligent like all the other hosers on here who are so wrapped up in their warped sense of reality that it makes me physically sick. btw. did i mention that James T is 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000x better?

MotoGP » Edwards delighted with third, Spies close

I think JT will be fastest on Tuesday's test, and when I say fastest I mean fastest out of everyone out there, Rossi, Lorenzo, Stoner, Spies, etc.. etc.... I realize he isn't even competing in MotoGP this year or next but I still think he'll be fastest. Did I mention that he'll be faster than Spies? cause I certain he will be. So Yep, there it it is. My Royal prediction. No need to continue with the Spies bashing posts, my post pretty much puts the final nail in Spies' (and everyone else's for that matter) coffin. Righto then.

WSBK » Toseland: The depth of the field was strong!

"Ben said if was allowed to run his AMA Yosh in wsbk the other riders wouldn't be able to keep him in sight. It was that much better than the R1." I forgot where, but I read the same comment some place. I forget if it was on Soup or Dennis Noyes on SPEED or what but I remember hearing/reading the same comment. Even without the benefit of reading that comment anyone who followed Spies vs. Mladin knows that those Gixxers were basically tuned to perfection, the rest was up to the riders. I think that's what I found most frustrating about the 2009 season. Having watched for years how inch perfect Spies's Crew and Mladin's crew were in the AMA I found it surprising and frustrating that Yamaha's WSBK team had significant growing pains throughout the season. Frankly I think Spies himself found that equally as frustrating and surprising.

WSBK » Toseland: The depth of the field was strong!

"If marco and EL can make it a 1, 2 bike now and then, then James didn't get on with the R1." What's there to tell? Spies won the title on that bike. The bike is fine. I thought all of this has been covered already. Spies jumped on a new bike, rode on tracks he had never seen before and won 14 of the 28 races in 2009 and claimed the title on the same bike. What's there left to determine exactly? Or did I just imagine the whole 2009 season?
