The ride should have gone to someone else. I like Sete but lets face it, he's past his best. Would have been good to see Simoncelli or someone like that get it. I dont think it's right that Sete gets a Moto GP ride just so he can 'have fun riding round.' He could have fun riding round on a Supersport bike & let someone with a future in the sport have a chance.

Sorry for changing the topic slightly but I've just tried to record the races on my V box. 125's & 250's are live on eurosport, then there's a review of the 2008 season & then after that are highlights of the Moto GP race. Thinking that it must be on BBC I checked on there. BBC aren't showing the race at all on Sunday, instead we get hours of golf. They have a season preview for half hour on Sat but the race isn't on until Monday!!!! WTF!!! This just shows the level of commitment to bikes the BBC have! Thank you to every man woman & child that complained to the BBC, Eurosport, Dorna & thank you to Eurosport for doing their best, without them we wouldn't have Moto GP in the UK.

Rossi's faster... No Stoner's faster... Rossi's bike's better... Stoner's bike's better... Who cares!! They are both top class riders who can win on their day. I know which one I'd rather go for a pint with though!!

It's very good to see Belinda take the time to post comments. Toby & Julian won't be on BBC & we just have to face that & make the best of it. We can only hope that Charlie & Steve see some of these comments & up their game. I'm sure Belinda could draw their attention this way. To the people saying they're going to subscribe to MotoGP.com. Dorna are the reason we have lost Eurosport, do you really want to give them your hard earned £70 just to watch some practice sessions!? I will miss the 1st full official test, round 0. Always some good action when there's a BMW M up for grabs. I hope there is some way auntie can sort this out for us.

This is the first time that contracts have been enforced in the last 12mths. I didn't see contracts being a problem when Marco tested the Kawasaki mid season, or when Pedrobot swapped to Bridgestone's! Now that Dorna is affected directly it's a different story. I can see the teams ditching Dorna & going out on their own, maybe another 'World Series' type thing?
