MotoGP » Crutchlow spare bike fourth after pole challenge

the Oracle, if everyone was on a Tech3 Mistral in Moto2 you might have a point but they aren't. Bradley was always faster than his team mate of last year Mike Di Meglio at every race and by a large margin. Di Meglio is on a SpeedUp this year, qualified 8th 0.7s off pole. Last year Smith was 5th in qualifying at Jerez 1.4s faster than Di Meglio who was 29th. Bradley then finished 4th, 1min 11s ahead of his team mate. Tech3 know Bradley and know what he can do.

F1 » FIA backs Bahrain to stage GP

As Ted Kravitz said after Bernie's "Stupid question reply" Bernie has said he will be in London on Sunday morning to see his necrophiliac girlfriend run in the London marathon. Unless he's got a Tardis he won't make the race, unless he's only going to be there for 5mins. Although he's usually around all weekend at a GP. So not a stupid question Bernie. He's losing it if he doesn't know where he will be.

MotoGP » A 'porcelain pillow' reward...

Why is he in MotoGP next year? Because you have goldfish memories clearly. He beat his World champ team mate DiMeglio last year into the weeds, where was DiMeglio at the weekend? He qualified 5th, finished 7th (both ahead of Bradley) so if Bradley was on the same bike as DiMeglio using past results he would undoubtedly have been ahead again, front row and podium even. Only Bradley and Simeon are on the self build Tech3 Mistral, stick him on a Suter, FTR, Kalex or SpeedUp and he would be right in there.

F1 » Whiting to look again at Mercedes controversy

No matter what it does it doesn't seem to be doing any good though. 1 point after two races and not even the fastest in qualifying when they are able to use DRS any time they want. Sounds to me like one of those development dead-ends, lots of work and complication for little gain. The Torro Rosso cars were matching Mercedes top speed in practice and they don't have the system. Speed trap data from in qualifying had Schumacher 1st (312.7kph), but Grosjean 2nd (310.8), with Rosberg (309.9) and Raikonnen 4th (309.8). McLaren's who were on the front row again were 7th and 8th with 309.1 and 308.9.
