MotoGP » Redding: It all depends on how the Honda works

This is how I see it. Scott has been new to the bike, so has the team. The team is new to Scott too, his old MVDS boys are still in Moto2 and he has basically as I understand it Honda Britain people. MVDS expanded to MotoGP so they needed extra people. So he has to learn the bike, the team has to learn the bike and what Scott wants. The relationship needs to be built and the understanding of setup that can save time on a race weekend. Added to this a Honda that isn't great this year, Marqeuz has been crashing, Pedrosa has been crashing and neither have exactly been winning raced after race. So Honda I would assume have been concentrating on the factory team. If it was 2014 again then Honda people would probably be spending more time at LCR and MVDS whispering settings in their ears. It's just been the right move at the wrong time, next year at Pramac with a team that understands the bike will be better a better experience for him.
