F1 » DRS given green light for Monaco

What's been happening when cars are overtaken by faster DRS activated cars, they move over and try and squeeze the faster car onto the dirty part of the track. There is really only one line at Monaco, down the middle and barely room either side for another car. With the poor racecraft of some drivers in managing to make contact on big wide open tracks I can see a few interlocking wheels at Monaco and if it happens at speed they'll get airborne into the catch fencing. If not then wheel to radiator and a half spun can blocking the track. Either way if this years race concludes without a safety car or red flag I will be very surprised.

MotoGP » Cal Crutchlow turns heads at Estoril test

@Percentage said "Wow! Just 0.6 seconds. That just 16.8 seconds! Wow! So if Cal kept up his fastest testing lap for a full 28 laps he'd come......6th! Oh wait. Edwards came 6th in the race" Let me just help you with you maths there. If he lapped 0.6s off the fastest person he would as you say finish 16.8s behind the winner after 28 laps. Which would have put him 4th, 2/10ths of a second ahead of Dovisioso and Rossi.

BTCC » TOCA imposes new turbo limit

They've all had plenty of time to prepare their own NGTC spec cars. Why punish those who have put the work in. It's not as if they are more expensive, quite the reverse they have been designed to be drastically cheaper. The only issue I have seen so far with NGTC cars is because they are cheaper it brings less talented drivers into the series on lower budgets and as we saw last time out at Donington bringing with them dreadful driving standards. Worse than anything Plato and Neal have done.
