F1 » McLaren pin F1 2011 hopes on 'dramatic changes'

"Dramatic changes"? What like moving the engine to the front, front wheel drive or a prone position driving position with the driver looking through a transparent nosecone? Those would be dramatic. I think McLaren's (and other F1 teams) 'dramatic' is more likely to be the relocating of the rear wing mounts by 0.7mm and increasing the depth of the front wing by 0.008mm. I await the side-by-side comparison photos of old & new cars this Friday to check the differences in a kind of "Where's Wally" style of spotting.

F1 » Ecclestone hints Australia could be axed

Yep, axe Australia and replace it with another Middle East round since they have lots of money to give Bernie, and they are all stable round that way, no sign of armed revolutions...................oh, hang on. I can't see an armed rebellion in Melbourne, although the greenies are still protesting that the Albert Park course kills 3 sparrows every year. But 17 unwashed locals in sandals and armed with free trade raffia are hardly going to bring down a government. So Bernie do you want good racing, respect and a profitable & stable racing series or do you want more money, no spectators and circuit contracts with (other) oppressive dictators?
