F1 » Ecclestone responds to NASCAR criticism

@cbrbamby Just because you don't like NASCAR doesn't make it a joke. Have you not watched crash fests such as BTCC or European Touring cars which are really popular. I love most forms of motor racing and at one time was a pretty hard core F1 fan but these days NASCAR puts on a really competitive show where, unlike F1, on any given weekend any one of 10 or 15 drivers could end up in first place. The reason most of us watch motorsports is be it F1, MotoGP, NASCAR or whatever is to see close racing with hopefully lots of position changes. Enjoy what you enjoy but don't belittle the race series others enjoy just because you don't like them.

F1 » Vettel: F1 success down to the whole team

I agree with Vettel. The best driver will have a tough time winning if the car isn't also the best or close to it. That doesn't in any way detract from his remarkable season, it took a combination of his skills and the Red Bull team to dominate the way they did. Well done Sebastian and the whole Red Bull team. BTW, I wasn't the biggest fan of Vettel but this year his maturity, dedication and driving made a believer out of me. Regardless of the rules changes for next year, Red Bull will still be a force to be reckoned with.

MotoGP » Cal Crutchlow - Q&A: Part 1

@LLary, Come on man, think about what you're saying. Other than nuts and bolts there probably isn't a single component on the Ducati that's the same as the bike that Stoner rode. Ducati have tried so many things and still haven't got it right. Hopefully the management changes that they have made will bear fruit next season. I wish Cal all the best but I suspect he is in for a frustrating 2014.
