No Fan of Max or the FIA but most of the FOTA backers seem to think that a FOTA series would see a return of multiple over takes & exciting racing, They are living in cloud cuckoo land, the big teams will throw millions ( if not billions )at there cars to ensure there dominance, & there would be no or very few new teams. The Golden era of F1 was innovation led with small independent teams ( Tyrell Lotus Matra )& heres the kicker all using a ford engine, you could say they were using a customer engine, now im not saying Max is right but lets not run away thinking FOTA care about lower costs for fans or better racing...

"We can all eat and enjoy our food but how many of us are able to prepare it just the way we want it? This is also the reason why most WSB stars cannot make it in MotoGP, in WSB they are given a bike that works with relatively simple ways of fine tuning it." superb way of explaining the differences.... Jas... p.s if thats the real Mr Lawson /bow ...

I watched a couple of BBC broardcasts last season ( due to works tv not having digital ) & to be fair it was ok, i do stress the word OK, not great, not good, not a patch on the amount or the quality of eurosports coverage, but what can you expect from the channel that thinks the 6 nations is worth buying but england football qualifiers arnt ( i like both but comon which is the more popular sport ? ) or the ashes ... Jas Nevett.. p.s you should change the title of this thread to "BBC Fobs off MotoGP fans."
