MotoGP » Lorenzo pins hopes on Assen solutions

re: "not much personality anymore." well besides losing, after the "MTV cribs" debacle, he and his publicist are paying strict attention to the climate... to the landscape. conclusion...? he's thinking better to keep quiet and stay off the radar, than open himself to further misinterpretation by the "fan-sumers". he likes his paycheck, and wants no part of what happened to stoner.

WSBK » Frustrated Rea: I feel we’ve made zero progress

re: "If Honda isn't looking to bring a vastly updated package to the table, and give full factory support, why hang onto this loyalist attitude?" everybody knows s1's not for "false hopes" so lets not get all crazy, but by a miracle way off in the distance, Honda may YET make good on their proddy V4 posturing. heretofore i bought NONE of it. lies all lies. however (comma) with the farce that has become of the OC...? and the suggestion that all those teams are going to get pneumatic top ends next year...? those bikes are effectively returning to the same old SATELLITE kit that everybody's been using aren't they. Q: right then, what of all this work/investment into the RCV project...? A: WSBK homologation has conveniently been reduced to 1000 units across the board. gee, i wonder how that number (a number that still harms Bimota) got chosen...? see where I'm going with this...?

MotoGP » Colin Edwards: 'Faith and feel'

re: "When your package is right and you are confident, you can do anything you want,” Edwards said. “When you have a package that doesn't work, it doesn't really matter what you do. But when it works you can get in the area and make it do what you want." blimey, I think he's cracked it...! :) CEII now advocates s1's law... NATCORK. for those baby young to the sport, this acronym translates into "No Amount of Talent Can Overcome Recalcitrant Kit".
