MotoGP » Rainey to help run American road racing

re: "This is by far one of the best news in a long long time for motorcycle racing in the US!" it is. re: "It's going to be a big task to haul roadracing back up to popularity" it is. re: "but at least now the right people are in charge" they are, but I have a feeling you're all about to find out who the REAL problem is. it's the same people who I've only been telling you about for some time... (drumroll) the "fansumers". you could put Jesus Christ himself in charge of US racing, it matters f@#ckall if nothing's changed about the viewers...? it's a problem only I (and a few other enlightened individuals following in my footsteps) have dared to address.

MotoGP » Rainey to help run American road racing

re: "Life support is coming at the last moment but I have faith that Rainey and crew will get our once mighty road racing program back on its feet." ok, while Rainey and Co. are jumping through hoops "moving heaven and earth" to pull this off, I have one simple question... what are the FANS going to be doing...? or are they going to continue to sit idly by (like they don't have a role to play) and WATCH all the heavy lifting...?

MotoGP » Cracked rim halts Smith home charge

Mg does crack rather easy. forging reduces the chances, but that shouldn't be interpreted as they are impervious. actually surprised we haven't seen more of this...? that rim was likely from Smitty's "5 digger day" in Germany and slipped through the inspection process with the fly away and the holiday all happening together. Ponchy, lets step it up, that's a safety issue my friend. the standard...? "zero jeopardy".
